@tescomobile just renewed my contract with #tescomobile no reason not to, never had any issues with customer service, signal and the extra club card points comes in handy too 🙌

@O2 @tescomobile sick of having intermittent signal. Hours of no signal despite assurances there isn’t a problem. THERE IS!

@tescomobile It makes it horrible because I have a sd card in but I can transfer anything to it. I use to be able transfer games to it when I had my older Samsung it was good to free up space but I can't now won't let me. All it does is let me put pics on.

@tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further

Morning @tescomobile , do you have a known problem in Central Slough with coverage, both me and another colleague had no service yesterday in and around the bus and train stations also happened one day last week, never had an issue before, be grateful if you could look into it?

@tescomobile why is it since my phone got updated with new version of @SamsungMobile and it went to version 11 or something my phone has been horrible, slow, my WiFi keeps loosing signal even in same room as router. And keeps freezing. Is there anyway to undo the update

@tescomobile So apparently I dont meet the criteria for a Tesco mobile phone contract 🤔 and yet I have a Tesco Credit Card, an excellent credit score, no Cifas markers, no outstanding debts, no CCJs and yet still I've been turned down for credit 😤
