  • ShuggMcGlummfer Jim Darroch (@ShuggMcGlummfer) reported

@tescomobile Hi, my wife has upgraded her mobile but the new one requires a nano-SIM, so the existing SIM won't fit as it's standard. How do we get hold of a nano so I can do a SIM swap? Thanks for your help.

  • UltraObamaX Matt (@UltraObamaX) reported

@tescomobile @Burnside_5 @JahaanTweets Which network do you piggy back off? Do you give the full network bands? Is your coverage as good as others? What are your average speeds? All these decide who to go with, you get what you pay for.

  • pickled_tinker Grody🔞 (@pickled_tinker) reported

@tescomobile **** all. Because everytime they up my bill, I use Ofcoms General Conditions 9.6 to early terminate my contract under material detriment. I then go hunting for a better deal and repeat the following year.

  • phillycurlywigs phil whitaker (@phillycurlywigs) reported

@tescomobile So have tesco as use one of the big boys network

  • LostInArtMagic Lost in Art and Magic (リアム) 🌱 (@LostInArtMagic) reported

@tescomobile Fine by me, EE have excellent coverage here in Cumbria and O2 (which you guys and Sky who I was previously with use) is bloody awful. I am happy to pay more for a better service.

  • RossAndrew999RN Ross Andrew RN FRSPH - NHS Lifer… 💜💚💙 🇺🇦 (@RossAndrew999RN) reported

We've had no @tescomobile signal on both mobiles for a month now, contacting & complaining gets no response. When can I expect a mobile signal & a refund please?

  • robharris30 robharris30@yahoo.co.uk (@robharris30) reported

@tescomobile This is a shame. I work in an area with no signal at all. Was on O2 and used WiFi calling to jump onto company WiFi. Just moved to Tesco mobile. I now cannot do this. 😔 thanks for the quick reply though. 👍

  • Burnside_5 Burnside (@Burnside_5) reported

@tescomobile Find it odd that you slate the big networks whilst relying on O2 for your mobile service. But agree their price rises this year are outrageous

  • CalElcombe Cal (@CalElcombe) reported

@tescomobile Weird flex when you guys literally use O2 and Three infrastructure to operate your virtual network.

  • LuckyKieran1_TV LuckyKieran1 (@LuckyKieran1_TV) reported

@PinkyLaPie @55nk @tescomobile But rude calling a mushroom a profanity, I've already sent my complaint to the Twitter police 🧐
