    @tescomobile No I haven’t Rob. As that’s an O2 site I thought maybe I’d have to be an O2 customer to do it.

    @tescomobile I have raised an issue with signal and 4G over 3 weeks ago now. I have 3 contracts with you and at present we can’t even make a call because the signal is constantly dropping and my 4g is non existent. Can’t even connect to the webchat to discuss this!

    @tescomobile Don’t have a 5G phone. Been with Tesco for a decade now. Never had a problem until recently. Paying fir a service I’m not getting. 5 in my house all on Tesco.

    @tescomobile Tesco should rather stick to selling groceries!! Your mobile service is nothing short of appalling!! 6 weeks no data or call waiting, received new sim and told 24 hours to transfer number!! 40 hours later no phone no data!! Utter garbage!!!

    @tescomobile have caused myself and my family endless stress over the last week. Our 3 family mobiles have been cut off because tesco staff can't see a payment which was made last weekend. Talked to 4 staff members and nobody has been any help in getting the situation sorted. 😡

    @clairefweir @tescomobile Is it acceptable for a customer to be on the phone every day for weeks to TM to report an issue emanating from TM mistake to be told TM are unable/can't prioritise the issue. TM repeatedly confirmed no. would save to SIM during device exchange. /2
