    @tescomobile @Ofcom there has to be a way of stopping nuisance texts sent from mobiles to landlines. Clearly service providers like @tescomobile are more interested in GDPR than the nuisance caused by their customers

    @tescomobile I have contacted your customer services regarding a fraudulent contract taken out in my name 5 times since the middle of February with no response! How can I contact your fraud team directly as this is impacting my credit

    @tescomobile @Ofcom Thank you for the advice but it is not a mobile phone Callum, it is a standard landline telephone, no camera, no text, no apps or internet. Calling customer service 3 times asking them to help one of your customers hasn't stopped her texts being converted to annoying phone calls
