With the help of the friendly staff at @tescomobile, wife finally got shot of @ThreeUK for her iPad. 3 would not supply a PAC code until she told them why she was leaving. She replied with one word: "Ombudsman". Instant result.

@tescomobile Yeah, that would be useful - if the phone could send out texts. Because the PAC code didn't work when switch networks, we had to use the STAC code. Your CS said they would reactivate the number and make it a PAYG, then I could text. Took 5 days to get signal, but still can't text

@tescomobile I cancelled my contract and returned the phone within the 14 day cooling-off period and you still charged me £1000. Ruined my credit rating and gave me a customer contact number which didn't exist. You're lying scumbags.

@tescomobile I don't care what other Networks have spent..Just put more masts up so we can actually have the 99% coverage you keep promising! Usually signal is rubbish and every time you say there's an issue locally which the Engineers are sorting out! Every time?

@tescomobile I bought a new mobile from your widnes store on Thursday and they started the process to move my number to my new sim but I still don't have any call service as my old sim is no longer registered to my old provider.

@tescomobile That's not fair Tesco since those "big networks" are the ones who spend billions on the mobile infrastructure so they take on most of the cost. Virtual networks on the other hand don't incur that cost as they piggy back on the big four. Come back when you have your own network.

@tescomobile Nothing compared to the money you received to support big pharmaceutical companies during the pandemic...
