@tescomobile shocking customer service. Halfway through a 3 year contract and, for the 2nd time my Nokia 8.3 5g battery is dying (first fix clearly didn't). No ownership. Not in warranty 🤬 Pay £200 to upgrade, no waiver. So what exactly do I use my 12g data/texts/minutes on?

  • mhawkes81 marc hawkes (@mhawkes81) reported

@tescomobile really getting annoyed with the internet data always dropping off and not working. It’s fine sometimes but this is getting worse. The status says you are aware of it so please get something done about it fast

@NikitaJGarner @tescomobile I have been with Vodafone for many years, since moving to Wales 7 years ago I have had to use Wi-Fi calling in the house because no signal gets up here! Can get 3G outside and spotty signal! No other network works either! So annoying!

@tescomobile Oh Jeez you are hard work..... It's NOT phones I want, the complaint was about the PHONE APP!! No wonder @Tesco has such a poor reputation for customer service FFS! Tesco tell you that you can check availability of goodvia the phone app!!!!!

  • NikitaJGarner Nikita Jane Garner (@NikitaJGarner) reported

@Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile If I had good Wi-Fi it wouldn’t be much of a problem, but because were miles from the village we only have ancient dial up. My wifi speed is 0.6mbps!

  • TopQuokka TopQuokka (@TopQuokka) reported

@NikitaJGarner @Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile Wow, I was on 10mbps for years and thought that was bad. Now got 74 outs and it is awesome. I think remoteness and hills are still an issue with cabled connection. You have my sympathy.

  • NikitaJGarner Nikita Jane Garner (@NikitaJGarner) reported

@blisswords @tescomobile I had my gripes with EE but this experience has made them look phenomenal. Thankfully someone in Tesco customer service has cancelled the transfer (which I was told before wasn’t possible) and sent a PAC code. First job tomorrow is get a new sim!

  • Rockstrophotos Becca Rockstro (@Rockstrophotos) reported

@NikitaJGarner @tescomobile I’ve never used Tesco mobile but good to know they are a bit pants! To be fair my mum has been hit by a driver insured by Tesco and they have been nothing but belligerent and dragged it out for nearly a year! Have to say vodaphone seem to cover bits EE dont.

  • RockRollDriver 𝕽𝖔𝖈𝖐𝕽𝖔𝖑𝖑𝕯𝖗𝖎𝖛𝖊𝖗 (@RockRollDriver) reported

@tescomobile @Tesco Phone 'APP' was the initial issue. It doesn't provide the service advertised and has since been uninstalled.
