    @tescomobile I’ve managed to get her on Wi-Fi quickly but am not sure she’ll be able to fix it by herself. I don’t want her to mess up the settings so that it doesn’t work in the uk!

    @tescomobile Still no fix :-( I’m just being asked to wait 24 hours by one person over email, 5 days by another over twitter, and still no firm update as to what has gone wrong and how/when it’s actually going to be resolved.

    @tescomobile IT IS YOUR PROBLEM NOT MINE ! ARE YOU TESCO MOBILE OR NOT? Customer services is EVERY Tesco employee's responsibilty. As a retired senior customer services manager for British Airways I know a little about this!

    @tescomobile I note the link says you don't have to do anything re settings on your phone but mu daughters phone is only allowing text and phone data is not working.

    My daughter is in Paris and her @tescomobile iPhone can’t get any kind of data at all. No 3, 4 or 5G signal. She’s turned it off and on again 3 times, turned data off and on, roaming off and on. Nothing. So she can only use her phone on Wi-Fi. Any ideas please?
