    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Thanks for replying. Such a shame too as I’ve been with Tesco mobile from the start, will have to go to @SkyUK mobile now as same network but offer WiFi calling. Well thanks for the service over the years!!

    @tescomobile I used the PAC to move the number from Tesco to O2 and payments up to date but you've emailed to say I have a bill which needs paying but I don't think I do. Given nolonger with Tesco unable to log in to check and don't have a Tesco number to call from. Call centre service poor.

    @tescomobile are refusing to trace my call, won't give a direct answer to whether I was misadvised or not. Questionable behaviour from customer concerns 😟 Team!!!

    @tescomobile I have my Tesco Clubcard now, and it means the allergy tax has now been removed from the lactofree milk. It will bring the Lactofree milk down to the same price as normal milk.

    @tescomobileire It's alright. I have given up on getting a refund from tescomobile. I don't believe they ever had any intention in giving it. However I will never shop in Tesco again

    @tescomobile I was informed it's an ongoing issue that is being 'looked into' already. How long has this been looked at? It's not hard to be inclusive.
