    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

    @tescomobile you have left my elderly neighbour with no phone due to switching to another provider. You have been no help to them and they are unable to use their phone as the PUK/SP code doesn’t work. They have no close family and are reliant on their small inexpensive phone

    @tescomobile Thanks but all it says is area is busy, problem is its not just today. If it was it would be OK. I've been missing calls, even though checker says everything is OK for a while now.
