@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

@tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile no service. Can you please assist with? The first phone lost service a week and the second phone lost service today. I tried restarting but agent did not want to escalate. I need phone my so I can work and get around, without this its impossible.

@tescomobile Attempts to port my father's number have all failed. Your have de-activated his existing sim leaving an elderly, vulnerable customer uncontactable. Today i'm told its an issue affecting thousands of customers and no known rectification date. Really not good enough!
