Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

@tescomobile it’s been 3 months since I first reported a contract bought fraudulently under my name and yet no word from your Fraud department. You have no problem chasing me for invoice though. My credit record is badly impacted. This is poor customer service. Not impressed!
@tescomobile For the past few weeks my Tesco mobile signal’s been shocking at home. Was great previously. Other people locally have said there’s been maintenance going on, but should be ok by now… nope… just over 1 mile SE of Tesco Extra, Hattersley.

Worst #CustomerService I have ever experienced? I've been a @tescomobile customer for 1 month & they've set a new low. The level of incompetence / disinterest from their 'chat' support and phone support is mind-blowing. Sorry I left @O2 Don't switch.

@tescomobile just bought a sim only deal and just to let you know I think your coverage is awful. I always got an excellent coverage in the West Country with my last provider but I had nothing for a whole week in Devon and Cornwall. Shocking!
