  • PAFenwick74 Peter Fenwick (@PAFenwick74) reported from Guisborough, England

@Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

  • tizzyl Liz Lambert (@tizzyl) reported from Newton Aycliffe, England

@Andyrebel671 @tescomobile Is there any need to be so rude, they don’t deserve verbal abuse from anybody

  • richie_COYS_316 Richard foster (@richie_COYS_316) reported from Spennymoor, England

@tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

  • richie_COYS_316 Richard foster (@richie_COYS_316) reported from Spennymoor, England

@tescomobile Wasn't bad but with the wife being at work it wasn't the same

  • jimmyhadman James Hadman (@jimmyhadman) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, England

@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

  • PAFenwick74 Peter Fenwick (@PAFenwick74) reported from Redcar, England

@Andrewilliam69 @tescomobile @Tesco Indeed. The Clubcard benefits are a big part of the reason I shop at Tesco. Start messing with them too much and they may well lose a lot more than just a mobile customer. I spend £400 to £500 a month in Tesco.

  • BrownFamily2001 ❌💖🏳️‍🌈The Brown Family🏳️‍🌈💖❌ (@BrownFamily2001) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@tescomobile Hi. I need some help please. I ordered my clubcard points to be used to take off my bill. I havent recieved either the order email or the voucher email @Tesco

  • garno_PSA red-bat66 (@garno_PSA) reported

@tescomobile Please do NOT do anything to mess up my connection again. You have been no help at all but only hindrance. Completely useless. Hang your head in shame.

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@Elite91X @tescomobile My phone's tend to last me at least two years. I've had ones last longer, though generally they get to slow. This is the first time I've had an actual Google phone and is impressive how noticeable small tweaks and improvements are.

  • andy_uk44 I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported

@tescomobile £0 as I don’t have a mobile network anymore seeing o2 and other mobile networks don’t give a good signal in my area

  • andy_uk44 I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported

@tescomobile Too much and not enough to give a better service to those who suffer very low signal and @TelefonicaUK is one of those who won’t do anything about it

  • budgiesmuggle45 budgiesmuggler45 (@budgiesmuggle45) reported

@tescomobile It really is the last time i buy anything from Tesco. I won't shop at your supermarkets or buy petrol at your garages. I'm shocked and fuming that you won't do anything with a defective phone that obviosuly has a defective battery and it's not even paid off. Shameful service.

  • budgiesmuggle45 budgiesmuggler45 (@budgiesmuggle45) reported

@tescomobile Worse thing is companies the size of Tesco, @apple not doing anything about a defective phone that is still relatively new. I understand why Tesco would just leave it to Apple and not offer any extended warranty period. Happy to take money and unwilling to provide good service.

  • contactpc PC (@contactpc) reported

@tescomobile missed my #flight because I’m not receiving SMS on my phone and the issue is still ongoing. All recommended action has not resolved the issue. Can I please port my number if you cant resolved this issue by this Friday.

  • pabakz Paul B (@pabakz) reported

Many of the deals are for resellers such as @tescomobile or @lebara Do these resellers generally have full access to the parent network or is their access constrained in bandwidth or service restrictions?

  • G_Force_Invests Gavin (@G_Force_Invests) reported

@tescomobile You share a network that O2 have to invest billions in to upgrade to 5g and maintain. Whilst I share the frustration of the consumer, this is completely biased against an operator having to be accountable for the upgrade and maintenance of a network.

  • greig656 Ethan Greig (@greig656) reported

@nimal_patel @tescomobile @EE You get 5 to 30% off of everything as a long standing EE customer. Plus whatever deals they have on at that time.
