You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

Start messing with them too much and they may well lose a lot more than just a mobile customer. I spend £400 to £500 a month in Tesco.

You were changing it from a pay monthly to pay as you go but the contract has been cancelled but she can’t make calls. 3 people have said it’s been done and we still have a problem. Please help.

I'm sorry, but you're being taken for a ride. For the last 4 years, I've been on £8pm unlimited calls/texts. Started with 8GB, now 15GB. Even the £6.50 had unlimited calls texts & 4GB! Call your network!
