@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

@tescomobile Your website says if the password doesn't work to ask for another one, but each time I fill this in I don't get a message back from you.

@tescomobile Atrocious customer service, advisors haven’t a clue giving conflicting information. My tarrif was supposed to change on the 9th, the change hasn’t taken place little help offered and basically told to suck it. Great way to treat a customer of 11 years.
@tescomobile AVOID must be 1 of the worst companys customer service av dealt with when cancelling/ paying off a contract(2 phones on it) whoever she was wasnt happy and i think shes actually locked the phone of an account thats 2 years was up so technically the phone was payed 4

@tescomobile So apparently I dont meet the criteria for a Tesco mobile phone contract 🤔 and yet I have a Tesco Credit Card, an excellent credit score, no Cifas markers, no outstanding debts, no CCJs and yet still I've been turned down for credit 😤
