@tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

@Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

@tescomobile Everyone seems to be looking at it as it’s been in DM for 10 days now and no resolution . The App doesn’t recognise your pass code and the website says “an error has occurred, see the log for details”

3 weeks since I sent you my PAC code @tescomobile and you still haven’t transferred my number. All I get is messages saying how sorry you are, but no progress is ever made. Please, please fix this urgently it is an incredibly disruptive experience and shockingly poor service.

@tescomobile I’m still having massive issues with connection and signal it keeps dropping the 4g to simple e and this is causing issues. I loved from ee to Tesco and this is now becoming a real frustration

@tescomobile So it’s now 16 days since informing you of the safety buffer issue. Still no resolution. I bet if I stopped paying my bill you would be all over me like a bad rash. #ceoemail I already have it…
