Start messing with them too much and they may well lose a lot more than just a mobile customer. I spend Β£400 to Β£500 a month in Tesco.

You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.
