    @tescomobile hi guys, really unhappy with service earlier today - exchanges @Tesco Clubcard vouchers to use towards a new Phone for my son, but now I’ve been told I can’t use the vouchers towards a purchase, only deduct from my own bill. @virginmedia here I come!

    @Albman55 @tescomobile My son is with Tesco mobile and they're very good. No issues with coverage at all. You do realise that Tesco use someone else mobile network, don't you? They use O2. Also I only pay one bill in three, with my clubcard vouchers covering the other two.

    @alcatelmobileuk @tescomobile I contacted Alex at your customer services with information provifed by the the coder of the Big Font app in the Google playstore regarding fix but he said he could not guarantee anything. Meanwhile the font on my phone is tiny due to the bug in the update.

    @tescomobile I desperately need your help! I have called numerous times for over a month and havent gotten anywhere! I am still getting charged over 1200 on my next bill in a few weeks for a phone I do not have..

    @tescomobile @Tesco @tescocustomers1 On 21 January. I called many times before then and each time was told fraud would call back between 2-5 days and they never did. I’ve spent hours trying to find anyone to help.

    @tescomobile Hello, I've been in contact with O2 over the past couple of weeks. Reception hasn't improved much. Is there anything you can do? It was better last year. Is @tescomobile considering bringing out a similar service to Volte to help improve call quality?

    @Tesco @tescomobile why doesn’t anyone from fraud ever get in touch about the fact my identity has been used to set up a contract for a phone? I’ve filled in an online form for the fraud department- they never get back! No one in @tescocustomers1 can do anything to help.

    Hey @tescomobile, your mobile internet is up and down like a yo-yo overnight these past few days in the Cambridge area. What's up with that? I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't relying on you for my internet coverage following a move, but this is kind of ridiculous!

    @tescomobile Tried to sort it out but to no avail..went to the shop and they said they would send a fix it guy but we haven't received the email he said we would get.. honestly I'm at my wits end with it..still not connecting to home yet everything is..🤷
