Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Obviously I can't call anyone to rectify this and I have work calls diverted to my mobile so not helpful when I now have no service. Thanks
