@tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Phone from @tescomobile unusable for 3rd time in 4 months (2nd in 2 weeks) and has to be sent back yet again. Scheduled callback missed, complaints escalated instore but still no contact. COVID is no excuse for poor process or service.

@tescomobile Yes, o2 are doing maintenance, but that's just where I live. All the way to work, at work and most places I go outside of my home I still have awful signal

@tescomobile See you’re still talking about the bundle being APPLIED rather than when I purchased the bundle. Also, good support to blame the customer rather than accepting your system Amy have been at fault. If this isn’t solved to my satisfaction I will a. take it further, b. stop using 1/x

@tescomobile I had a deed poll but the person I spoke to on chat disregarded this and told me I needed a marriage certificate. I will try the live chat again but I believe your customer service staff should be trained on other reasons people may request a change in name.

@tescomobile I made a payment on the for my bill and now you’re saying you don’t have it and want me to pay it again? Thank god for the lady on your customer service team who is doing her very best to resolve this. I shouldn’t have to chase my own money around a company. Awful.
