    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile 3 days off from today (dreading Wednesday 😔) and have been ill since Saturday it's a bad week all round so far . Hope it gets better soon

    @tescomobile It wasn't the signal it was due to the fact that an update needed installing. Please pass this onto your customers that are quoting similar problem with not being able to receive incoming calls, it works fine for me now. @o2

    @tescomobile - why am I getting letters from a debt collector, my phone was paid in full and my 30 rolling contract was cancelled with all payments paid as confirmed by your customer service (I have written confirmation) sort it out.

    @tescomobile Hello, the mast near me at work is showing as not working on the O2 website and has been like this since last week. Can you look into this as it’s not ideal and the service alert service from O2 isn’t working.
