    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile It's been 2 weeks of no service. I can't tell you the amount of important calls I have missed.. you say your engineers are "working on it" its been 2 weeks! I have 5 contracts I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. I'd say I'd call to talk but I can't...

    @tescomobile is there an issue with mobile service in winchester. As for the last 2 days i've not had any internet which is incredibly frustrating when you rely on it for day to day business.

    @tescomobile well done your salesman at East Didsbury Tesco who sold my 86 year old Mum a phone, didn't put the sim in for her or set it up, when she asked said he "couldn't give her lessons on how to use a phone" hope you're proud of your service

    @tescomobile Shocking treatment from you. On the 12th November I agreed unlimited data. I was told this would kick in on the 24th. I wrote down he date. To tide me over, I paid an extra £20 for interim data. This ran out. I paid an extra £10 for more. On the 24th…
