Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile Hello please help.... I signed up to a new SIM only deal yesterday, worked fine. Now today it won't let me connect to anything. Can't text or make calls. Everyone else in my household is on Tesco and it works fine for them.

@tescomobile just had to leave you guys after years of being with you. My signal has been terrible for the last two weeks, cannot make or receive calls, no 3 or 4G and when I check your website it shows no problems in my area, New Brighton Wirral however when I go on O2 website
