Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile Hello, it's a brand new in box S7 I purchased from a UK vendor on ebay. The phone works perfectly, the APN settings are set to Tesco as per your info online, the internet is on yet I can't ring or text. Message is back to not registered on the Network again.

@tescomobile I have a 12 month old Samsung A71 that won't turn on that was previously repaired by yourselves for the same fault. Can I return the handset as faulty and cancel the contract if I sign a new contract with a different handset?

@tescomobile I asked for a 5G sim over a week ago, sim not arrived but old sim cut off and no network, disgusting behaviour (PAYG) leaving network now, no help what so ever from any staff.
