Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile your customer service on the phone and online is shocking! 2 hours worth of calling and web chats to be told 4 lots of different information regarding using power of attorney. Very very poor and in the digital age in which we live I have to post the POA 1/2

@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!

@tescomobile A phone isn't a luxury its a lifeline? Flip phone with faulty screen yet your advisors suggest I buy a pay go whilst repaired? 8 month not fit for purpose. Worst provider ever with zero customer service

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

Had the Samsung Flip 3 for 3 months and there's already creasing showing down the middle of the screen. That's appalling @tescomobile
