    @tescomobile Hi Rob, I have actually tried that, but the number that it is currently Iinked to is no longer in use, so security text is not being received, hence the problem. Mobile tell me to speak to Clubcard and vice versa

    @tescomobile @edwinhayward I think this is a big mistake! You don’t offer customers bundles as it is, so you remove free roaming but have nothing to replace it with… I’ve been a customer for years, but this is making me reconsider that

    @tescomobile my phone was ported over from Virgin on Monday 27th, I still don't have data working, customer service says 'is a known problem and are working on it' 'affecting lots if people' Why?

    @tescomobile Terrible service from you - daughter transferred over to your service recently- now cannot get any 4g - she is currently travelling through Europe and can’t access her mobile data - pretty useless service from Tesco mobile - avoid them if you can
