    @tescomobile My data is not working today usually I switch my phone on it says 5g for an second then changes to 4g at the top so I can browse the web etc but it’s not today it’s staying on 5g I try to use the internet and it says no internet check data!!! Bn23 6nn postcode

    @tescomobile hi, one of the members of staff in your Sunderland Extra store seemed quite condescending to my Mam earlier this evening. Kept calling her sweetheart and only seemed interested in selling IPhones and said there were no smaller phones. Not fab customer srvce! 😟
