    @tescomobile She is staying with Tesco, just will need to cancel her current contract, and start up fresh with a new phone and new Tesco mobile contract. How can I do this, as she is in hospital? Thanks x

    @tescomobile Not happy whoever in your company had made me lose my temper and upset me should actually said fix it problem and stop telling me what I can and can't do you've got it understands I've messaged everyone else in his company before but thanks anyway for let me know

    @tescomobile why don’t you carry out better checks when people buy mobile phones? I am fed up of being targeted for identifying fraud. If someone is not paying their bills why do you allow they to wrack up a debt of thousands? Seems rather foolish and stupid way to do business.

    @tescomobile is your network down? I’ve been having very slow network since 12pm today? it’s a very noticeable difference in internet connection speed.

    @tescomobile I’m trying to replace my son’s broken phone but can’t sign the credit agreement because I need to enter a PIN number, which you send to the broken phone so I can’t access it. There must be a way round this but your help centre can’t help.

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Don't know whether anyone can help but I have a 85 year old friend who's been trying to unlock his phone with a code from Tesco mobile and we are going round in circles.
