If you're going to have a customer helpline it'd be good if they were capable of helping. Even if it's directing you to another helper that is more knowledgeable than them

She was trying to settle a bill issue. What is the point of security questions? Pathetic.

I tried to login last Fri - put my username and password in correctly - it said it was wrong, tried again, same thing, so i did Forgot password process.. got in ok & changed my password. All ok.. logged out.
