Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.

Colette Houlihan (@Colly_wobbles) reportedI am a pay as you go customer @tescomobile and I just don't understand where my credit is going??? If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

Sean (@SeanSav31) reported@tescomobile Helped my old man upgrade this phone other day. Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.
