Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?

Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

pat (@pat11669019) reported@EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!
