@tescomobile Nah , tesco set a ridiculous high limit on my data allowance while abroad, I wasn’t aware because normally with other providers it’s very low and you get a flag if you go over it , feeling conned and let down

@tescomobile Hi it seems this has now been set up but this does not help us upgrade until June by which time the clubcard offer has ended. This has never been an issue in the past to upgrade

@tescomobile Great customer service to make my Mum wait at the end of the phone indefinitely, waiting for you to call, only for the outcome of the call to be generic advice that she has already followed multiple times to no avail. Stop taking your customers for idiots.

@tescomobile It wasn't the signal it was due to the fact that an update needed installing. Please pass this onto your customers that are quoting similar problem with not being able to receive incoming calls, it works fine for me now. @o2

@tescomobile @Soph1eJ You need to fix this, it is a widespread problem. Myself and 2 people I know, plus the ones already asking you are all having the same problem this weekend. Can call out, can text and receive texts, but incoming calls all go straight to voicemail. All are @o2 via Tesco Mobile
