@tescomobile I have become a new customer and ordered yesterday, when will my SIM arrive and phone as it said today but I’ve had no communication from DPD. Also my new Tesco mobile account won’t let me log in as I don’t know my new phone number yet.

@tescomobile after speaking to Callum today who refused me his manager, Paige, I realised I have been mis-sold into a contract which I did not ask for. I have been charged premium texts when I had a safety buffer and TM will not refuse. More shocking is the poor customer service

@tescomobile 48 hours without network coverage! Have had assurances twice from customer services that my number would be transferred to my new contract and still nothing. Can't get through to your live chat now either. Really really disappointed with your service!!

@tescomobile Hi. We are on day 10 of having no signal. Since June we have had 19 such notifications from 02 - service is lost for several days. Your customer services say they’re not responsible. How can you resolve this?

@tescomobile I’ve tried to upgrade on two separate occasions and each time have given up in frustration. I have started the search for a new provider as a result of this. This is no way to treat an loyal customer of many years.

@tescomobile by far the worstonile network i have ever had to deal with! Been told 4 different things today and my phone still hasn't been dispatched even though I should of received it today!
