@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

@tescomobile /2 Rang call centre 5 times, on line 30 minutes a time, new sim sent, phone still does not work. Just told to wipe all data and send for repair, 2 weeks without phone! Incompetent service, wish I'd gone to another phone provider.

@tescomobile Yes. I wanted to speak to customer service via the webchat. But I can't. TescoMovile used to have the best customer service (& i tweeted that a few years back). But now.. as lazy & bad as the rest. I can't use webchat to resolve my issue because it doesn't work.. Fail TM.

@tescomobile No I didn’t get any names but I spoke to 3 different people, 1 was polite and helpful but unfortunately the other 2 were so rude. Decided to go in store and purchase new phone and the young man there made up for their lack of customer service.

@tescomobile I've tried computers in the US, London & Bournemouth via RDP. Ive tried iphone on 5g. combos of chrome, safari, wired & unwired. All: same result. Other twitter users telling me it also doesn't work for them.. so it sounds like it ONLY works for Tesco mobile employees. Why?
