    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @tescomobile It just says our network is busier than normal but last week when checked it said a mast was down but it’s never improved.

    @tescomobile Really dissatisfied with your customer service when I've phoned several times over the past few days. Need to return a phone that isn't working but is still within its 12month warranty, and your advisers are being unhelpful and rude. Will visit my local shop instead.

    @tescomobile i got a text contract ended,called 20 mins later hang up so went to the shop one guy there i waited 10 mins no response for the guy playing with a phone,i said i will come back when its less busy(nobody there) his response was ha ha im looking for a new provider now

    @tescomobile is there a problem with the website today? I’ve just taken out 2 contracts today and trying to log in to my account and it either says wrong password (from my mobile) or it says link doesn’t work (from my pc). I’m using link from email from Tesco mobile.

    @tescomobile And now I only get a refund for my phone….. pretty poor, and I have been told tbe order cannot be accessed as I don’t have an active sim number, which was sort of the order

    @tescomobile Elderly patient spent all summer in hospital with no visitors due to Covid restrictions. Phone and FaceTime only contact with family. Due to poor wifi used extra data. Charged £250 with NO compassion or co-operation. Customer service team horrible

    @tescomobile I have tried to call your team, several times over the past few days, and they have been rude and unhelpful, not understanding the issue at all. I will visit my local store tomorrow and speak with them. Thanks anyway.
