@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.

@VinnieLouu @tescomobile I’m the partner, who is a tech savvy lad. It has nothing to do with the hardware. She has tried every sim provider going and she gets signal on all operators EXCEPT for Tesco! She could be in smack bang centre of Birmingham and she’ll get 3G where I get full 5G on O2… (1)

@tescomobile Hi Tesco, as a tesco uses 02`s network, can tesco users not get the same benefits and also gain access to 02 priorities?

Katie (@VinnieLouu) reported
Nearly 3 days have gone, and still no response from @tescomobile. My partner is on 02, and his friend is on GiffGaff… they have good signal. Sort your **** out. #pisstake

@samvj88 @tescomobile It might be because your number is saved like “07xxxxx” in her phone. Try to get her to change it to +44 7xxxxx (international format). If she’s getting a Spanish message it sounds like the network thinks it’s a Mexican number (i.e., a local number) since there’s no +44.
