    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @tescomobile is there a problem with your service in Mayo. My mother hasn’t been able to make or receive calls since yesterday?? Trying to reset a password through the app but the reset email is not coming through.

    @tescomobile Liz I have spoke to Charlotte, Abdul, Beverly and I have felt so ignored because no one is listen to the issue at hand! I have tried to make a complaint to management and have been told no managers will be available for over 72 hours it’s ridiculous!

    @tescomobile So what happens at the end of the 5 days? When will anyone contact me about this? Exc. me chasing up I've had from you: a survey to see how the customer service was, and a letter saying 'thanks for upgrading with you' - which I haven't because my sim card won't work in soap!

    I’m absolutely appalled with the @tescomobile @TescoRepair customer service after being given two faulty brand new iPhones through contract and now will not sort my phone! It’s ridiculous paying this kind of money to not get any help! Within my rights to get a product that works!

    @tescomobile I'm already waiting for that but they haven't called. Been a customer for many years... not exactly feeling the love. If I have to wait 48hours 4 u to call I may as well wait the 5 days! Hell, it's already been 4. Again; WHAT am I waiting to hear after 5 days? @clairefweir

    @tescomobile help!! It says on status checker that everything is now OK. But I still have message saying no sd card. I've tried removing it and putting in again but still no joy
