@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile Ok Liz. It's just a coincidence that the Tesco mobile users didn't receive it despite all their phones being compatible and no other issues....Thanks

@finlay_mclellan @scotgov @tescomobile It’s nothing to do with your network provided. It isn’t a text message. It’s sent via radio to add the alert to your phone.

@tescomobile Over the phone, and she only realised the problem a month later when she hit her data limit. She was previously on 2gb. Now 500mb a month. You lied to her and told her it was the same. Then lied and told her to have a 24month contract rather than a rolling monthly one.

@tescomobile why have I received yet another two emergency alert alarms..

calum mackay
(@the_mackay) reported
@tescomobile Now she has no data for 3 weeks. She is a vulnerable customer and she can’t do banking, talk to her family who all just use WhatsApp, can’t drive anywhere without her satnav. The joke is she should be getting 5gb and no contract for that amount of money

@ttb1965 @tescomobile Did your alert eventually come through? It's weird that the only person to get the alert in this house was my son's girlfriend who is on a different network provider.

@finlay_mclellan @tescomobile Yes it was 8 mins late, but the EE network was on time. Fair amount of people on here complaining to Tesco who have stock response that the mobile may not be compatible or emergency notice not enabled. Utter rubbish. Think their network needs sorting
