Damian Wawrzyniak 👨🍳 (@ChefConsultant) reportedCalled @tescomobile to port my number from different network after signing contract, every day I’ve called customer service. Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys! What’s wrong with you lot?

Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

NoisyWhisper 🏴 (@Stu37900363) reported@tescomobile is pants. 0 customer service. Ripped me off. Taken money and 12hrs later I still don't have my Bundle. Live chat is a joke, and I can't call you as advertised because I have 0 credit after paying for renewal.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad
