  @AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

  @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
