@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile @ThreeUK hi, my calls will not connect to a Three Mobile number. Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

@tescomobile Thank you I’d already read all that before we called. Your team told me the they couldn’t change it either and yet when I asked the question if that’s the fixed period for EVERY Tesco Mobile customer I was told no. So I don’t understand why you cannot change it for him?

@tescomobile can you say whether you have changed your tower usage? All of a sudden after several years with you, I no longer get any signal in my village. We have an O2 mast in the village and initially we're told mast was down. Its been a month + with no signal.

@tescomobile I'm sure looking at that site would be great if I actually had signal to check it. Problems continue in Tetbury today, have missed several call. As someone who has elder care responsibilities this is unacceptable. Will def start looking elsewhere.

@tescomobile I have checked the postcode again this morning and the message remains the same. I am unable to use my phone, and this has been ongoing since Monday which is a big inconvenience. Could anyone tell me when this issue is likely to be resolved?
