  @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom

  @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
