  @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

  @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile they sold me one for £6. All is well. But I am thinking of switching to another new phone. Same terms and conditions. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

  @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues
