    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Maybe you should goto highwoods colchester because your connection sucks and your crap 3rd party customer service is pathetic. I am taking all my contacts and leaving Tesco. Your complaints procedure is crap also. Ofcom will be informed.

    @tescomobile Deep Breath I have done it all, personally and on line. I have spent 30 minutes with the 'technical service' person on the phone. and an hour on line I cannot access the settings. The **61*905*11* just disconnects me. My app will not connect me to web or twitter

    @tescomobile Hello. For the past 2 years my mobile data doesn’t work unless a VPN is connected to it. I’ve tried absolutely everything to fix it. Would you happen to know why? Thanks!

    @tescomobile @WhichUK My daughter has received a bill for £210, she cancelled the contract within the cooling off period because of the appalling service she received in several of your stores , I have two phones with you , one is near the end of the contract,

    @tescomobile As a pensioner I have a Tesco mobile PAYG just for use in an emergency. In such a situation yesterday I discovered that it had zero credit, previously it must have been close to £10. I presume that Tesco had pocketed the balance.

    @tescomobile Tryed all that and it’s still no good as I said never had an issue until 5g came in and I renewed my contract
