@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tescomobile Please can you warn customer that phone deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday because you only use @DPDgroup_news as your couriers. I work as a teacher, so I either need a weekend option for re-delivery or a place to collect from. I have been offered neither.

@tescomobile It is not remotely clear Callum, why define it and advertise it as a 24 month agreement when it has to be for 36 months. And why I will always advise people to avoid your service.

@tescomobile No not in one place we went to rochdale last week had no signal, blackpool at the weekend had no internet the whole time i was there, and then im just randomly having trouble

@tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .
