@tescomobile I am incredibly annoyed after you guys hung up on me when you refused to help me sort my issue out. 1 £5 per month contract, 6 years ago, is stopping me by a house and it was all your fault then and you refuse to help me now!!!

After years of great service from @tescomobile their latest upgrade offers less data for more money than my current contract. Be grateful if you could explain how that is an upgrade?

@tescomobile never admit to being wrong, and are not sorry when they cause distress, or difficulty. Cue the standard dismissal 'sorry you feel that way'.

The @tescomobile phones come with monthly data so are ideal for members who are likely to move around frequently or in temporary accommodation with no wifi or poor signal.
