    @tescomobile Just have a card and a person with a thumbs up.. I know the idea is to appeal to your customer base but honesty is better than some lightning.

    Absolutely dreadful service @tescomobile - refusing to refund me for a data bundle that your app put through twice in error. I will never use Tesco mobile again. I won't shop there either on principle. Utterly disgraceful.

    @tescomobile OK DAY 3 of no signal. Hourly app updates say engineers likely to be on the case. I can see the mast from here and other than a few sheep and a large stag no ones been near. So what compensation do I get for each day of no service ?

    @tescomobile I might have to leave you after a few years 😭 the house I live in and have lived in for a few years all of a sudden I don’t get signal in my own home frustrating when ppl phone me and they can’t hear a word I say

    @tescomobile I am trying to up grade to 10GB unlim mins & text on website, first it asks if my sim is the right one? assume No as it’s for 5G phone & then it asks for a credit card when I’m already on direct debit . Tried on line chat but they do not seem to understand help
