  • robjh44 Rj (@robjh44) reported

@tescomobile why do you not support smart watches? I've just been brought a 4G one, so may now need to change network.

  • e_kehoe emma kehoe (@e_kehoe) reported

@tescomobile No - it’s for a child and his phone is broken. I absolutely need to get a verification code (the number registered with my GP , the number I’m waiting for you to switch my number to) in order to get a covid passport, among other things. Please update me with a time frame.

  • WhiskyDrip Whisky Drip (@WhiskyDrip) reported

@tescomobile Got a Text last night, "WE are updating your 5G network" , well that's all well & good. BUT , how about Making the 4G Network working First in my area ?

  • dowcaroline5 Caroline Dow (@dowcaroline5) reported

@tescomobile Yes have checked and it’s going to be another week without signal not good when you need your phone and kids have the same network

  • Kelly__1993 Kelly-Marie 💕 (@Kelly__1993) reported

@tescomobile No I know you can’t, but I think it’s a bit ridiculous that we’re still getting charged when we haven’t got any signal?? It’s not going to be fixed until next week 😳😳 That’s a whole week without signal, so it would be nice to be compensated.

  • KeithBee14 Keith (@KeithBee14) reported

@tescomobile A phone isn't a luxury its a lifeline? Flip phone with faulty screen yet your advisors suggest I buy a pay go whilst repaired? 8 month not fit for purpose. Worst provider ever with zero customer service
