    @tescomobile Monday I called customer services to report a fault on my phone. Continually going to voicemail when people call me. Awaiting new SIM. Today not even accepting calls. I would ask you to contact me but oh, no you can’t 🤬

    @louise_ydw_i @tescomobile Yeah they got clubcard prices atm for anyone if toy wanna stay with the network they usually have good deals they defo need to sort that xx

    @tescomobile Thanks. Unfortunately the order wasn’t completed. I will be issuing a complaint to your store in Penarth. I am now on hold again to your phone team after being on hold for 30 minutes already. If I get a bill for this phonecall, Tesco can pay it.

    So @tescomobile, your customer concerns team won't say yes or no to whether misinformation was given and are ignoring my emails! Good customer service, I think not. Sums up whole experience with yourselves.

    Hi @tescomobile I am disappointed to be told by one of your customer support people that it would cost me 25p/m to call 119. Especially since @Ofcom say this should be free from all phones.
