    @tescomobile What a joke! I have had rude customer care advisors. 2 hung up on me mid phonecall. I've cancelled an auto top up service twice online and once via the call centre and yet you still take money from my account. And then offer it back to me via a Tesco gift card! 0 star rating!!

    @Gareth_Roberts_ @tescomobile Hi Gareth, we have our Tesco Mobile and Customer Service phone lines because the majority of the time our colleagues in store are busy speaking to customers who are there and often our colleagues can sort any issues out over the phone. Thanks, Caitlin

    @tescomobile No network available again today, not going to be sorted until 29 th at 8 pm!! Really this is awful. Do you at least have a compensation scheme?

    @tescomobile I'm very surprised by this as we have had the worst service from tesco mobile over the last few days!! Rude customer care advisors, 2 of which hung up on me mid way through our phonecall. And taking money form my account when I have cenelled auto top up! Hardly 5 star service

    @tescomobile 45 minutes on hold, to get threw to someone, to transfer me to someone else but bloody hang up on me!! Now bloody back in a que!! **** customer service!! So glad to be leaving!! #shitcustomerservice 🤬🤬
