@tescomobile Hiya. Is there a known issue with the network in the Stockport/High Peak area, please? If so, any potential fix timeline? Had little to no signal at home for 4 days now - occasional brief flicker of a bar or two, then instantly gone again. First time I've had this.

  • southallll_ sam (@southallll_) reported

@tescomobile My signal is poor most places to be honest, even when not on the train

  • Barnseygfc1 Barnseygfc1 TL 43 (@Barnseygfc1) reported

@mjjk2 Yeah man, it’s with @tescomobile and I get a discount with them so it’s not to bad. The pro max is out of reach as with discount still dear.

  • gomark Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported

@tescomobile Actually, just to clarify on this: I can see on my device how to do a manual network selection, but would texts & calls on another network incur additional charges? (Can't see a way to switch to 2G or 3G only - my options appear limited to 4G as baseline with 5G 'on' or 'auto'.)

  • RealJScott88 James (@RealJScott88) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I have recently moved to Tesco mobile and porter my number over. My issue is I now can’t set up my Tesco App as it won’t accept the ported number as it won’t recognise it, and if I use the original number it sends an activation code that I can no longer access?!?

  • scottkeegan ScottK (@scottkeegan) reported

My god, has anyone tried to upgrade from PAYG to a contract with @tescomobile? My wife has been trying to sort this out for her elderly father and it’s descended into an absolute farce. Help! #Tesco #tescomobile

  • x_x_stella_x_x stella (@x_x_stella_x_x) reported

@tescomobile I spent one and a half hours this morning in tesco phone shop then another hour with customer services. Everyone was sorry but useless to help me

  • rophnode dero (@rophnode) reported

@tescomobile That wasn't what I asked. By the time this is fixed I will have been unable to use my phone for over a week. No texts, phonecalls, mobile data. Do I get a refund for the period when there was no service? If not, why not?
