    @tescomobile You didn’t answer my question. There’s fault free and totally unable to send a text or make a call. I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Currently sick and was unable to call the doctor. Will I be compensated for being unable to use my phone? I’m getting no service at all

    @tescomobile Ridiculous that I’ve been a customer for 3 years and because not paid bills by DD I’m not allowed to upgrade. Contract ended May 21. #badservice

    @tescomobile today I decided to end my contract with Tesco and asked for a pac code. I was text to call before I leave. I decided to pop in the store to see what I could be offered. Your Bradford Great Horton branch needs new staff. Imagine sitting texting while WITH a customer?!

    I have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.
