@tescomobile Surely someone can look into this further for me? The status checker still says the same thing and I have had no signal (or mobile data) for a week now. This is simply not good enough. Oh, and I'm having to chase you!

@tescomobile I will be finding an alternative provider at the earliest, and cheapest opportunity. I’ll also be advising my friends, family and colleagues to avoid any long term contract with your network. Pathetically out of touch.

@tescomobile You declined me 😭 because i have no credit history so surely someone who has never needed to borrow would have been fine, oh well it is what it is.

  • TinkerBel1007 Belinda Hill (@TinkerBel1007) reported

@tescomobile I'm having trouble getting my PAC from my current provider to switch to Tesco mobile. Logged an Ofcom complaint, can you help?

  • martnshan Martin Shanahan (@martnshan) reported

@tescomobile there is a significant minority of your PAYG sim card holders who don't have a problem with shooting up, but you might have just triggered quite a few

  • reallynearly Nikki Howard (@reallynearly) reported

@tescomobile Been with Tesco mobile for over 10+ years. Since moving 3 years ago I have been plagued with poor service, thanks to inadequate O2. Once again tonight I have no service. #timetolookelsewhere

  • SamNicol13 Samantha Nicol (@SamNicol13) reported

@tescomobile I have sent a DM outlining my issue.

  • h02hua jph (@h02hua) reported

@tescomobile I’d also like to add that prior to this I’d had a fantastic experience with your customer support team, a real shame that a phone company of your magnitude didn’t make contingencies for 5g in your contracts.

  • JustWilliamson Will (@JustWilliamson) reported

@tescomobile For the 2nd time you are emailing a customer's personal information to me (address + credit agreement). How often are you leaking customer data + if it's widespread, maybe @ICOnews should be informed and your systems altered?
