So after awful customer service from @tescomobile my phone still isn’t fixed after 6 months. Customer service told me the phone was under warranty, however want £280 to fix the problem. Cheers Tesco 👌

@tescomobile I tried that link but it just got me through to some random that didn't help. The phone I've ended up with is unusable, it freezes constantly, it's slow and insufferable, it makes me miss calls as it locks up and the screen locks on and off etc every two seconds.

@aburp @tescomobile @crisis_uk Crisis have you not gone out side, we at war with big Tec, big companies in general, because they are participating in the torture of public citizen's, trying to pull on people's heartstrings, when we know what the problem is and I am not their slave, #ScumGovernment

  • richardhardy RicHardy (@richardhardy) reported

@O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile a couple streets/roads within our estate have become “black spots” overnight for signal. Hundreds of people left with little/no mobile signal. As soon as you move away from said street/roads signal is fine! Who is responsible & what is being done?

  • WillStubbsWon Will Stubbs (@WillStubbsWon) reported

@tescomobile Hi guys, I'm trying to unlock my phone from Tesco but your website is broken. I can't get further than entering my IMEI number. Can you help?

  • covps Lee Walker (@covps) reported

@tescomobile It is not a faulty SIM card. We have had 2 SIM cards and neither have worked. Looking at options to move back to previous provider as Tesco unable to provide a service
