@tescomobile I have been waiting for a number transfer since Oct 20th 2022. No information. You said you would refund Dec monthly payment & Jan’s you haven’t. Return my money to me.Feb’s will be due soon. Please fix it. It’s unacceptable.

@tescomobile I complained to the (only) member of staff there. A section for Tesco Mobile within a Tesco store. I told him I was making a complaint about this issue & when I asked who he was employed by, he said it’s @tescomobile

@tescomobile I bought an iPhone from Tesco mobile in November but unfortunately I couldn’t get a signal at work. I returned the phone 4 days later. Tesco charged me £1000 for not returning the handset. Despite proof to the contrary I have not got my £1000 back 😡

@tescomobile Yes, good idea! I’ll put in a complaint to @tescomobile stating that they don’t care about their customers and no doubt @clairefweir will be straight on the case. At what point does this little merry go round stop?

@tescomobile Yes, I’ve called that number a dozen times and no-one knows what they’re doing! Should I keep calling in the vain hope that I might get someone that knows what they’re doing? If only someone could start up a mobile company with great service, they would dominate the market!!

@tescomobile I had to cancel an upgrade so returned the phone but have been charged for it. I have not been refunded for either the upgrade or phone. I have been assured 3 times that the money is on it's way. I have been trying to sort this since November 2022. Please help me.

@tescomobile How do I make a complaint. My 90yr old dad has received very poor see at one of your stores. He has little understanding of technology & action taken by staff member was absolutely not in his best interest. He is now out of pocket by £200+
