    @tescomobile we recently switched our daughters phone over and sent off a PAC code to yourselves for her to keep her number she had a text saying there’s a problem with the request what do we do now?

    @tescomobile No thanks, been down that road before. I will now only correspond by email. Again in the 4 days I’ve been with @O2 they’re customer service has out shone your so called customer service by a thousand times.

    @tescomobile Would not recommend Tesco mobile. Unable resolve basic issues and absolutely everyone you speak to has a different story. Husband now has no access to business phone number. Thanks Tesco!

    @tescomobile we did a sim swap yesterday for my son and the number still hasn't ported over onto the new sim card. It's not a network transfer we are currently with tesco just needed to swap sim to see if that helps with his poor signal.

    @tescomobile So you can’t help and the concerns management team haven’t contacted me , one vicious circle of getting nowhere, how much longer do I have wait to get a call back its taken 5 days now from a promised call back Tuesday are they that busy superb service tesco offer….NOT!#pathetic

    @tescomobile I’ve not had good phone signal for a few days and I am unable to call anyone because I’m working. Is there something wrong and will we get a refund since we can’t use what we are paying for?

    @tescomobile I even signed up to Equifax to double check. No issues. Yet the only answer I can get from your sales team is ‘try again in 24 hours, the problem is at your end’. There’s no problem my end - I’ve triple checked everything…

    @Lindsay_Brunt @tescomobile Have had that many promised call backs that never happen rang 4455 last night told it wasn’t on record to ring me lol can’t make it up this week alone two messages from care team to concerns team I sent three emails no response

    @tescomobile @TrussellTrust Was told to go to Tesco Shop start and another contract to get old number on new phone's SIM. Did that then spent ages on phone to Tesco trying to get this done. Now have message to phone Tesco because there are issues! FIASCO.
