@tescomobile This just shows my whole problem, advisors who are giving out incorrect information. I trusted them to advise what I should do and it has cost me a default on my credit rating. If they don't know they should say so - instead of saying anything to get out of the call or Web chat

@tescomobile No problems indoors with EE or Voda just the Tesco / O2 network is a failure here, so maybe direct some of that investment to the unglamorous countryside rather than city's

51 hrs later and still no response from @tescomobile . Seems its acceptable to **** your customers over when they decide to leave. Cancel your contract and they leave a default on your credit rating. Abysmal customer service!!!

@tescomobile just wondering why you haven’t taken my direct debit for my phone bill and texting me saying I haven’t paid my bill yet like it’s my fault? The websites had technical problems for days now
