@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

@Top_CashBack tried 6 times to purchase through @tescomobile via @Top_CashBack and it fails each time - checked all details and tried everything. Called Tesco and they can't help (I.e. won't apply discount manually). Can you help please?

@tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I went back into my local store yesterday at around 1500, still same problem, store staff were great , escalated to tech who wanted to transfer me to telesales, staff member refused saying that has already been tried, tech promised me a call back within 24 hours.

@tescomobile It wouldn’t let me top up online either, as stated in my initial tweet. And I know the card itself is fine, as I used it at the store to buy the voucher. I also never received the email telling me what to do next (and nothing was in my junk folder).
