@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

John Turner (@JohnTurner2021) reported
@tescomobile @thealchemistroc So you're a reseller then. You've bought some spare capacity on their network for a fixed fee then slice that up into little tiny chunks, put a Tesco hat on it & re-punt it out as your own?
-
John Turner (@JohnTurner2021) reported
@rationalist44 @tescomobile It's just O2 with a different hat on. Just like Tesco they piggy back on the O2 network.

@tescomobile I have registered for updates. The last one I had said I would get an update on the 25th March. Really! How is that informative. Your replies to my problem shows just how out of touch, and uncaring you are.

jambon2021 (@jambon2021) reported
@tescomobile @KarlBradley_1 People aren't talking about them because Tesco are fine ones to talk about taking the pistachio. Trying to make out they are looking out for the customer. Bog off.

@tescomobile if there's any network issue detected or maintenance will i get notified like i used to on my old network? if so is this automatic or do i need to sign up for alerts?

GB SPEWS - Right Wing Fodder for Brainless Gammons (@GbSpews) reported
@tescomobile Yes, but you are just buying airtime/data from them under a wholesale agreement, so there is only so much you can do when it comes to pricing. That is because you have no network of your own! Tesco Mobile is a vanity brand/ white label.

@tescomobile That is great but my service is rubbish.

@tescomobile Hi, I pay good money every month for my phone and I’m only getting 3G signal? Given it a few weeks and no sign of improvement. Please let me know how to sort this.
