@tescomobile Yes I did that on my old phone with the sim inside. What do I do now my current sim is still inside the old phone. When I lose signal on that phone, do I put the new 5G sim into the new one?

@tescomobile Are you going to ‘demand’ that any actual mobile network in the U.K. that carries your traffic doesn’t do this? Are you going to refuse to work with a network that does?

Utterly appalling service from @tescomobile Asked for replacement SIMs over a week ago. Service on both original numbers cut off on Monday. One replacement arrived on Wednesday. Other has been lost or not issued. Put on hold for 15 minutes, then cut off. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@tescomobile Jade, do you know what an mno or mvno are? You don't operate your own network infrastructure, you use O2 as your network carrier, therefore are not a real network operator. You also therefore have wholesale costs for using o2, but they have the maintenance costs of that network
