Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@Matthew1542810 @tescomobile I never received any confirmation in any form and in fact when I contacted customer service they told me it didn’t go through… which meant they were helping me be double charged
-
loobylou (@loobylambchop) reported@tescomobile It's ok Zoie it is all sorted now the last lovely lady sorted it for me and gave me the info very quickly, please just make sure all your operatives are properly trained because 1 out of 5 isn't great is it. Also the attitude of no 3 towards a customer needing help was appalling

Andy 🏴 (@AndyOopNorthGB) reported@SBarrettBar @DerylLynn @tescomobile May see if I hit the same hurdle. I’ve been with them a while and been tempted to try others, due to experiencing some fairly poor coverage as of late.

chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .

Brian Herren (@Beherren) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Per their policy, texting PAC to 65075 from your Tesco Mobile phone should get you the code within minutes Request via online account (“Leaving Tesco Mobile?”) Customer Care on 4455 from a Tesco Mobile phone or 0345 301 4455 If none of that works, hello OFCOM

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedThe vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

NoisyWhisper 🏴 (@Stu37900363) reported@tescomobile is pants. 0 customer service. Ripped me off. Taken money and 12hrs later I still don't have my Bundle. Live chat is a joke, and I can't call you as advertised because I have 0 credit after paying for renewal.
-
Flat Earth (@GloBAAL_Failure) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Internet service providers go one step further and force you into parting with one final payment as punishment for leaving and god forbid you refuse to pay them

Emma Shepherd (@emmzsheps91) reported@tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it
