He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team
-
Ginny (@GinintheCity) reported@tescomobile your customer service chat on the app is the absolute worst I've ever used. And I've used a lot of really really bad chat services.

Sylvia Travers (@sylvia_luisa) reported@tescomobile Hi, help please! My mum recently moved from Vodafone to Tesco Mobile and there seems to be a stuck port type issue. Numbers from Vodafone can’t call her. She can phone them but incoming calls are blocked. Can you help?
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).
-
Sarah Kears (@SarahKears) reported@tescomobile They are no help the whole thing is a disgrace.
-
yꙮ (@CompleteSham) reported@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained

Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.
