@tescomobile How would my 4g issue be to do with the phone or the sim? Surely it’s your issue if it’s signal, no? I’ve tried customer support and I needed help a few months ago and received nothing.

@tescomobile Called Customer Service and after more than 40 minutes to hear someone will open an INVESTIGATION and this will take 3-5 days. So no REFUND, NO Phone. I am very frustrated. The feeling is Tesco Mobile scammed me. What I should do?

  • marciovmenezes Marcio Vidal (@marciovmenezes) reported

@tescomobile When I opened the box, wasn't the iPhone 12 and was some "Square Readers" £20-"30 which seems like some payment method device. I raised the question to Chat Online from Tesco mobile website Customer service, so far 45 minutes and no resolution.

  • welchcyclist Rhydian Evans (@welchcyclist) reported

@tescomobile Here is the problem. I find the marketing texts useful, so why should I stop having them due to markering using bad wording!
