@tescomobile She's taking the number from my Dad's old tesco contract (he died), on Friday, via chat, she was told the number had to go on a PAYG sim which would take 24hrs to activate before being transferred to her new contract. She was on the phone to your customer services for 1hr 20m

@tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

@tescomobile omg, your customer service is appalling and slow. My Mum has been waiting since Friday for a number transfer from 1 tesco contract to a new tesco contract and still nothing!

@BarclaysUKHelp sent written instruction to cancel DD on 16th October to @tescomobile 15th is date of the last payment I am making. You respond saying DD HAS BEEN CANCELLED 08/10/2021 Now Tesco wont get paid & credit rating going to get affected. Fix it fast please

@tescomobile truly awful service today ordering a replacement SIM. Call handler put me on hold 4 times, asked for my last name then uesd it twice as if it were my first name, then went to process order for SIM without checking which number on the account (there's 3) 1/2
