    Trying to call @tescomobile to sort my account and report system fault. Spent a long time listening to recorded message telling me to use online system instead. I generally have a lot of respect for Tesco cust service, but this is truly awful. Someone call me.

    @tescomobile never ever use Tesco mobile, I have had a I phone 11 for 3 months, it’s completely dead, I explained that I have a serious illness and must have a phone. They were rude and unhelpful, Shirisha who called manager who was worse. Keep clear of awful shop

    @tescomobile just had to leave you guys after years of being with you. My signal has been terrible for the last two weeks, cannot make or receive calls, no 3 or 4G and when I check your website it shows no problems in my area, New Brighton Wirral however when I go on O2 website

    @tescomobile I have a I phone 11 which is completely dead and no use, I have had it 3 months. I took it back as I have a serious illness and need a phone for emergencies, took my phone back to Tesco and explained and said tough we can’t help. Appalling service
