Shocking service at Tesco mobile. Obtained advice from web chat on transferring a number. Call to Cust Services gave different advice. Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

@Dr_XYZ Only just joined them so I can’t say if they’re good or not yet. I can tell you that @tescomobile is utter rubbish. Expensive and poor coverage.

@tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

@tescomobile No, that's an excuse. The local mast has been broken for months now. It's not good enough.

@tescomobile It's cosmetic. Considering I've had it for two years how can it be expected to be in pristine condition??? The only times I'm voiding warranty is by dropping it or water damage, neither of which occurred. It tried to do a system update and got stuck on a boot loop.

@tescomobile No, the signal used to work in my house. Then the local mast broke, so no it's not the usual level. You are not providing as advertised the service I have a right to expect

@tescomobile There is slight cosmetic damage to the back casing (where the lavender colour is coming away from the back case itself) so your troubleshooter claims I will have to pay for it to be inspected incase this is the cause?? That can't be right, it's a software fault!

@tescomobile No it’s not, it’s so bad it can’t even connect to the server. EE, and virgin are good. It’s an 02 issue. I’m in a 2 year contract with a network not fit for purpose
