Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.
