Different advice again on a further call and the agent laughed saying you can’t rely on web chat. Shambolic @tescomobile

Down 47.99 and no phone. Customer services just didn’t care. Reporting appropriately!

Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
