@tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

@tescomobile @nathantoothy90 Sky Mobile us O2 as their network provider so can cross O2 off your list plus giffgaff and Tesco Mobile as they both use O2 as well.

@tescomobile Two calls today, one to Internet, dropped at 20 mins, just been on hold to my car insurance, dripped at 31 minutes. Everywhere I go, I use it at home, or try to. Have to call them.back, and rejoin the queue again. No signal issues. This is a network problem.

@tescomobile unable to add 2 more sim only deals, all 3 credit cards from different institutions declined. 1 of the cards is used for current monthly payments. You have a payment problem, my cards are not blocked.

@tescomobile God your service is the pits. When I changed my mobile no with you in September you changed me to a pay as you go customer, so for four months you’ve charged me £11 a month and I’ve had no coverage whatsoever. Have phoned you three times to resolve this and nothing has been

@tescomobile It was on a telephone call for my husband. He had a passport but was told he had to have a driving licence too, which he doesn't. Thankfully your online chat (Mohan and Ankit) were able to help us.

@tescomobile i have recd a text fro. Tesco telling me my mobile number has changed. Ive never asked from my number to changed. I now have no voice access so i cant phone tesco mobile customer care. What the hell is going on?
