    @tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

    @tescomobile I topped up my daughter’s PAYG and bought her a rocket pack for £10. Now the 4G internet won’t work. Tesco Mobile app says ‘sorry there’s a technical hitch’ and I can’t access it. I tried calling 4455 and it won’t recognise I’m pressing 3 for help. Can you help?

    @tescomobile It would be nice to ring your customer care team and speak to someone who knows more about your services and products than I do. Today I was asked to turn the phone on and off again which I speaking from while they remained on the line

    @tescomobile I have become a new customer and ordered yesterday, when will my SIM arrive and phone as it said today but I’ve had no communication from DPD. Also my new Tesco mobile account won’t let me log in as I don’t know my new phone number yet.

    When your phone decides to give up the ghost, 4 mths ahead of being able to upgrade. (Occasional intermittent issues, nothing major.) Unplanned trip to @tescomobile to fork out for early upgrade. Except major issues due to not remembering all passwords. OH now trying to sort out.

    @tescomobile 48 hours without network coverage! Have had assurances twice from customer services that my number would be transferred to my new contract and still nothing. Can't get through to your live chat now either. Really really disappointed with your service!!

    @tescomobile iPhone 11 signal still poor at home even after SIM card change I have also rebooted phone to no avail. This is not new but no solution my wife’s three sim is so much better

    @tescomobile Tesco Mobile seems great since I joined but it takes far too long to speak to someone at customer service, Live Chat is great via the App but wish it was easier to actually speak to someone #TescoMobile

    @tescomobile I’ve tried to upgrade on two separate occasions and each time have given up in frustration. I have started the search for a new provider as a result of this. This is no way to treat an loyal customer of many years.

    @tescomobile So. Your chat team is too busy, your direct phone drops out after I enter the account mobile number & your website isn’t working to make payment. Meantime there is no service on my account! What on earth is going on?
