@tescomobile absolutely unacceptable service. After 3 weeks, 8 calls, 2 emails and 4 failed promises of a call back, you still have £200 of my money and I still have no phone. Why not look after your customers rather than hide behind DPD?

@tescomobile I had to cancel my insurance as I could no longer afford it after becoming homeless and moving into a homeless hostel, so I'm not sure what to do. I'm disabled and on Universal Credit and need a phone to manage these things.

@tescomobile I'm still angry about them taking money out my account they haven't sorted out this problem about my my account details had a change the dates on my thing that's what screwed me around plus they should know me the money back for the next month bill

@tescomobile so I go to your store, again, to try, again, to get the phone working, only to be told the stores shut! And this is after waiting on line for 1 hour 35 mins with no answer to sort the problem…. Shocking… I await your explanation…

@tescomobile Meant to say is that I ask somebody to remove my payment card from the system because when I sign into my account by my computer I can see my bank details online through my card my personal site and I want it to be removed but you're a customer services if I just told me they

@tescomobile No. Just the one that’s broken. I had to phone from my landline because I couldn’t get into my account online without the pin. I don’t understand why the new contract couldn’t be emailed or why promised return calls haven’t been made.

@tescomobile I'm also angry that I spoken to somebody in your team they were refused me to have my card removed you are a Kent's tool or by keeping personal details of bank records and staff and where the customer asked him or her to remove the card from the site they should be able to do so
