@tescomobile so I go to your store, again, to try, again, to get the phone working, only to be told the stores shut! And this is after waiting on line for 1 hour 35 mins with no answer to sort the problem…. Shocking… I await your explanation…

@tescomobile Fraud means that you are keeping my card details on your systems and basically you take money out of my account when you feel like it and I do not set a direct debit up I don't have a account with you you only I service your trust in my life is now now.and I'm going to my bank

@tescomobile I’m case you can’t read the previous replies, I know what the issue is. It’s your tower mast that after almost a year you’ve STILL not fixed and you learn “boosting” of the others Is ineffective. So, what do you plan to do since you’re making our contract void?

@tescomobile been a customer for years. I'm between internet providers, so topped my son's pay as you go up for the first time in ages to give him some data. £6 gone in less than 10 minutes. Quite frankly disgusted. Please explain how you can justify this?
