  @tescomobile Thursday another message saying data low. This is extremely rare for me!! Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!

  @tescomobile In common with others having this issue, I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled more than once. It works fine on my phone. Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

  @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles
