    @tescomobile we haven’t had any service since last Sunday due to an o2 mast problem , this is the 2nd or 3rd time this year , we were promised a discount on our (my partner and I’s) bill but that never happened . I think it’s appalling, we can’t send or receive calls since Sat.

    @tescomobile making it impossible to cancel an outraged contract. I have 3 accounts need to cancel one but you are not allowing me access to the account. I'll cancel all 3 and DD then you may want to engage. Shocking customer service.

    @tescomobile Hello. Yes, it catches up after a few muinutes. @tescomobile knows this. It's left like this, when can be instant. It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Doesnt help, takes 30minutes to navigate your website help, its been 90minutes now where i cannot make or receive any calls. My wife ueses @tescomobile and she has same problem!!!!!
