@davejines76 @tescomobile Honestly WiFi calling/texts would solve all of the problems I have. I'll bet I can find a network that offers such things for less than I pay at the moment. Tesco isn't even that cheap.

Your signal strength is appalling and many times not existing.. I think O2 is messing around with you and your customers (us)… @tescomobile And don’t reply again to restart the mobile..

@tescomobile so mad , ordered a phone Friday to be emailed delivery would be Saturday with dpd . Now told it’s Easter and I’ll get it Tuesday or Wednesday. Very poor service tbh

@tescomobile I don’t really buy that, I never usually have an issue. If it’s usually slow are things being done to improve it? I’ve barely got any signals to make calls so barely have 3G
