@tescomobile ever since I started the process my number switch to Tesco, I’ve lost all mobile data access and it won’t connect to 3G/4G/5G at all, it just shows the signal bars. Why is this?

Wonderful!! 🤬 Now, because the garage couldn't contact me (no phone signal) my broken down vehicle has missed a week's repair slots and won't be done till next week! Can't call anyone, now can't go anywhere 🤬 It's not good enough! @O2 @tescomobile

@tescomobile I’ve recently switch to you from EE and since this has happened I’m not getting 4G so can only use my phone when im on Wi-Fi. I have done the usual to get it working but nothing is happening can you help please?
