@tescomobile I have been happy enough with the overall service, but the network signal could have been better. Hence the move to another party. Thanks 👍

@tescomobile I was with this company for 7 years, I went to renew/upgrade a contract with them and they offered a deal of iPhone 7 on a 3 year contract. I asked can the term not be reduced because I’m a loyal customer or can I pay less each month? They took off £1/mo. Terrible company. AVOID

@EE @MrJPC123 Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by beforehand, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

@tescomobile Personally I'd rather you spent some of your profits on more masts so I could at least rely on a decent signal strength more often.

@tescomobile I may have missed something so raising the question, has anyone else not had 4g for a while. I have no network outside the house. Bills paid up to date never paid late?!

@tescomobile It’s just a shame your network is trash. I was with you bought a new phone (iPhone 13 pro max ) went on sim only and I was getting call drops daily my friends also had same issue with Tesco. I called up customer support and they told me there was an issue with my brand new phone

@tescomobile I know how much you took off me for using my phone abroad for 15 seconds. Despite the account supposedly having a £40 user limit. I’ll never use Tesco mobile again.

@tescomobile It says a local.mast is not working as it should. But this signal here is hit and miss all the time. Every day.

@tescomobile I left ages ago because you were never interested in helping when the signal went down. Now with Sky using same O2 network & give free data when signal drops. I get 4 lines with 2gb & 1 with 8gb = £24 per month. And all data roles over. Beat that & I'll come back to you.
