@snwkrwn @tescomobile Vodafone say that they go up in April as part of the contract - didn't think it would be 9% though! 5.4% to support the "rise in running costs" and 3.9% to "continue essential investment in our network as we expand coverage" apparently 🙄

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow I got a 2nd sim in march, as it was on a different date to my monthly bill you've started charging me twice a month for both phones and your customer service reps seem unable to grasp that this is wrong. I would like it sorted please or you're about to lose a long term customer.

@tescomobile It's been like this ever since I moved here in 2019, across 3 different phones. It works completely fine elsewhere. My phone shows as having a signal but I can't send/receive calls/texts and don't get any internet. Even outside.
