Having awful service with Tesco mobile at the moment and when I tried to get something sorted with customer service they tried to force me into a new contract, but I had to pay my cancellation fee first! Appalling service!! @tescomobile

@tescomobile Your mobile data is shockingly slow and unfit for purpose! The past month I have kept records with no speeds going over 12mbps down and 4mbps up with MULTIPLE phones! How can you charge for this rubbish!!!

Absolutely appalled at the service my daughter has received from @tescomobile trying to take out a phone contract… 5 people all saying different things and still no phone contract after 4 days of trying.. so much for the recommendation 😡

@tescomobile I’ve had a contract with you for many years always been more than satisfied with service in recent weeks I have had to contact you let’s say I’m not impressed ! I have iPhone I want to keep number how do I get it unlocked ?
