I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained

  @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

  @tescomobile I phoned last week bc I’ve noticed I’ve been charged twice every month for insurance since June 2025. The person on the phone said they would text me the insurance department number but I’ve still not received this? Please can you help?

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
