Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! ๐คฏ

You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.
