    @griopedre @tescomobile I hope your mom gets it sorted. Spoke to 3 people Who all assured me it would be done by 6pm. Then the excuses started ‘unknown problem’ ‘slight delay’ etc etc. just feel like I’m being fobbed off with excuses to shut me up!

    @tescomobile Any idea when? I am going away tomorrow and need to get some travel docs that need to send verification codes (to the number I want to keep which has been deactivated by the old network) can’t travel if I don’t have them
