@tescomobile @monzo If that’s how they treat customers, I’ll pass thanks. I’ve sorted a new contract with another provider that accepted Monzo with no problem (like everywhere else). I suggest you review your policies because that’s ridiculous. I’ll continue using @monzo for everything as normal. 👍

@Albman55 @tescomobile I’ve been with Tesco since 2012. Their customer service is exemplary & their prices are brilliant. They have the same coverage as O2. Never had an issue in my 10 years with them.

@tescomobile There's no physical damage to the device or any liquid damage either, it's just the pre applied screen protector that is not advised to be removed has started coming away at the crease where the device folds

@DJ_DavidPrice @tescomobile Giffgaff PAYG - £25pcm rolling contract, unlimited everything, runs through O2 network. Been on it for years, bombproof service. They do sim only or phone and sim deal.
