  @tescomobile DMd already "No issue" on your end, cannot cancel without penalty as data connection and calls/texts outside on 3 contracts we have. Wifi calling roll out slow. Signal inside is zero and patchy outside. Will post our signal image daily as a reference for potential new customers.

  @tescomobile I have raised a complaint and no I won't take your wishy washy reply as gospel or your version of right vs wrong. You failed to provide a service, not for a few minutes but for 3 weeks!

  @tescomobile @Soph1eJ You need to fix this, it is a widespread problem. Myself and 2 people I know, plus the ones already asking you are all having the same problem this weekend. Can call out, can text and receive texts, but incoming calls all go straight to voicemail. All are @o2 via Tesco Mobile

  @tescomobile I signed up to a new contract and now message that my new data allowance is used up already. Also, tried to contact through my account and still waiting on code being texted. I’m in the USA and need my new data. HELP
