Is that acceptable @tescomobile @Tesco ? I was told the fraud team would come back in 5-7 days. Been way over that. Then fobbed off by a manager who refused to speak or help out the advisor on the phone to me. You lot are an absolute shambles

Day 5 of no phone service thanks to @tescomobile . And now it has resulted in me being locked out of my work computer as I have not been able to receive a new password. @tescomobile You should be thoroughly ashamed. Where is my SIM and my service for which I am paying?

@tescomobile extremely unhappy with your service. I have 2 mobile phones and numbers with you & due an upgrade. I need to speak to someone about this as want to pay a chunk off first and I was on hold for over 25 mins the other day and cut off and can't chat online either

Hey @tescomobile, I was enquiring about how to move provider, told them I was going to move next week but your guy has just cancelled my subscription - right before the chat closed. Now I have no mobile service and can't contact anyone. REALLY bad service!
