Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.
