@tescomobile extremely unhappy with your service. I have 2 mobile phones and numbers with you & due an upgrade. I need to speak to someone about this as want to pay a chunk off first and I was on hold for over 25 mins the other day and cut off and can't chat online either

@tescomobile how come when I open the Tesco app on my iPad , another reminder appears on the calendar on my Mac, only for the 29th Dec. though. I found over 30 “Tesco order due” for that date. I have 3 other orders that are not affected. Help!

@tescomobile your customer service is horrendous!! What we need to do is to be able too pay of the safety buffer in order to be able to use the phone again!! Why has it taken 3 hours to get no where! 15 years of loyalty has amounted too nothing! We Can't wait too leave!

@tescomobile @crisis_uk Paid insurance for over a year for two phones and the insurance company refuse to replace the phones because we can't operate the broken phones to cancel the icloud account. THIS IS MADNESS.

@tescomobile I'm sure they are. It's just such a disaster to have a phone that you cannot rely on. O2 direct customers in the area have had very generous credits put on their account to reflect the ongoing issue with the mast round here. All I want is to receive a damn phone call.
