@tescomobile the worst customer service possible. Been charged an additional £150 to my bill back in march for data bundle that was removed. Now stuck without being able to use my phone for couple of months. I phone them to get it sorted and they basically tell me to call back.

@tescomobile Hi, are you having major system issues? Was just on the phone for 50 minutes trying to upgrade 2 accounts and am being told it’s continually failing and it’s because of new systems? Only happens right at the end. Now told can’t be done so need to just try tomorrow?
