  • RossandLucinda The L. (@RossandLucinda) reported

@tescomobile My bank customer services who have full access to see my account said I've never defaulted on any payments im out of phone contract with 02 for 3 years and I didn't know it would be this difficult to get a new provider. This resolve requires a reset of all my information stored.

  • RossandLucinda The L. (@RossandLucinda) reported

@tescomobile Your software is most likely the problem because I almost bought the wrong phone then realised before signing the contract so all my information is set up on a different phone purchase but that was 10 days ago I was told it would reset after 24 hours.

  • RossandLucinda The L. (@RossandLucinda) reported

@tescomobile Could someone help direct me to a person who can over ride the system so I can buy the phone today and put this stress behind me as its been going on for 10 days and im going round in circles in store and on phone because no one is qualified to know what to do. My bank are fine.

  • HebbyGold SParker (@HebbyGold) reported

Hi @tescomobile 👋 Got my new phone a week ago but not been able to use it outside the house as it won't switch from WiFi to 4g without a reboot. Then 4g just drops off. Support line says 'outage' and 'being fixed'. Is it? Not the best first impression for me. Please advise..
