@tescomobile It's difficult to explain here, because it's personal, but the gist is today I asked for help, & ended up having to use my emergency food money to pay my bill of £16.50 to avoid being cut off while in hospital having chemo.

@tescomobile called 4455 to leave the network because I’ve had nothing but problems to be spoken to like dirt on the floor by one of your workers for wanting to leave, no wonder why I want to leave. disgusting company with the worst customer service.
