    @tescomobile I have ordered a pay-as-you-go phone and a top-up at the same time. I have not received the E-voucher. After an hour on the customer service line, eventually, your operative hung up on me!

    @tescomobile Hi, are you having major system issues? Was just on the phone for 50 minutes trying to upgrade 2 accounts and am being told it’s continually failing and it’s because of new systems? Only happens right at the end. Now told can’t be done so need to just try tomorrow?

    @tescomobile Please supply a customer services number that is not about products. I tried to text PORT to 23424 but my phone doesn't recognise the number.
