@andrewgerson4 @tescomobile I've been assured that a "manager" will look into it and resolve my issue. Supposedly taking up to 3 working days! Really? 3 days to adjust a bill and email it. Its no wonder companies need to charge admin fees, 3 days for a 1 minute alteration.... Its ridiculous and laughable.

@APhillips1962 @tescomobile There a joke!! how is £10 off our bill going to resolve signal? haha they are the worst network and customer service going! ive emailed the CEO but getting responses back from their 'advisor' instead - they cant face the issue themselves!

@TescoMobile I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a customer for 2months &my contract hasn’t worked since I purchased it. I’ve contacted customer service many times &have not reached a resolution. I expect better from a major company. #disappointed

Really painful dealing with @tescomobile online chat. Fully scripted, don’t read what you say and then look for a complaints procedure, happy hunting via the app. Just poor. Shame really as 3 contracts will be lost. 1 current and 2 future. Live and learn eh.
