Simon Palmer (@simonpalm3r) reported@tescomobile so mad , ordered a phone Friday to be emailed delivery would be Saturday with dpd . Now told it’s Easter and I’ll get it Tuesday or Wednesday. Very poor service tbh

Dede Hearity (@Dede_Hearity) reported@tescomobile I'm in Rome and no service at all. Same thing happened last month when in Budapest. Any solution? Can't call costumer service because I have no service. #travelproblems #Tesco

Paul Richards (@PaulRich231) reported@tescomobile Hi, I have a really poor signal all of the time. Particularly mobile data, very rarely now do I have 4G. Is there anything that can be done? May be a complete coincidence, but seems to of been like this since the storms in February. Thanks.

Tamsin (@tam9845) reported@tescomobile 2/2 bank says I'm trying to pay a company whose fraud prevention software is not up to date. Basically @Tesco system is faulty, hence why payment can't go thru. A shame but given the fault, level of service & blaming me/bank, I guess I'm network shopping now!

carol robertson (@juliusfrank67) reported@tescomobile hi my signal has been poor for last week or so ?
-
Andreas Kal (@Andreas__Kal) reportedYour signal strength is appalling and many times not existing.. I think O2 is messing around with you and your customers (us)… @tescomobile And don’t reply again to restart the mobile..
-
Gillian Harrison (@Gharri74) reported@tescomobile Sadly not resolving my issue that I thought had been resolved in your store at uttoxeter. Over a week to sort out a simple address change and upgrade. Not really good enough. However that seems to be the state of customer service everywhere atm,

Karen 🌻 (@BabyBoomer1960) reported@tescomobile I can safely say that after watching my tech savvy hubby struggle with a new phone off you guys for the last 3 days I will never ever get a phone or any other device from you. I’m so annoyed I might even stop using @Tesco for my £150+ weekly shop. #Shambles

Robin (@reddeath614) reported@davejines76 @tescomobile Honestly WiFi calling/texts would solve all of the problems I have. I'll bet I can find a network that offers such things for less than I pay at the moment. Tesco isn't even that cheap.

Angel Illustrations (@arkangel0) reported@tescomobile Double check that URL again Callum, still not working
