@tescomobile are there any issues around PA5 area? Both myself and wife had full 4g signals in different spots and both couldn’t even access an email or webpage. This has been happening more and more recently.

@conor_pope I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service @tescomobile Both in person and online Courteous, helpful and generous with their time Lousy service is encultured in a lot of mobile phone and internet providers. For me, this was the exception that proved the rule

(2) @tescomobile they were unable to contact me about fraud. Ive tried to log into the tesco mobile app and it says my number had been disconnected. You promised to never do that because I use that number for so much! Frustrated!

@tescomobile so if i did purchase new contract in new account and decided to cancel within 14 days, would i carry on paying airtime agreement until i plan on upgrading again - and would this payment be taken from the previous account it was in

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews she has always used Tesco mobile and never wanted to change to the other networks, always shopped at Tesco etc. But the treatment she had on the phone was really not good and unfortunately tainted her love for the brand. Less helpful online Tesco.2

@tescomobile Agh ok I had an email saying it would be next day delivery and it was dispatched on Thursday. But it hasn’t arrived yet. Had all the welcome emails to the network but awaiting sim.
