@tescomobile OK so send me another SIM with the money I had on the old one. Btw I am a TESCO customer for my main mobile and all my groceries so let's not escalate this problem. Thanks Jade.

@tescomobile I have some issues on purchasing from the App Store using my left over money from Tesco mobile. There is an option where you can pay using your mobile money and so I did. After completing my information check it’s says that I have a billing issue and contact advisor.

@tescomobile Like I said, he was polite so no issues on that front. Point is, don’t send out texts confirming the additional data stating it’s valid until 02/01 if you mean it expires on 11.59 on 01/01. A day is 24 hours, so either say the 1st or specify a time 🙄

@tescomobile God your service is the pits. When I changed my mobile no with you in September you changed me to a pay as you go customer, so for four months you’ve charged me £11 a month and I’ve had no coverage whatsoever. Have phoned you three times to resolve this and nothing has been

@tescomobile I use Google Chrome. Are you saying that TESCO site has problem with Google Chrome? Oh and did you ACTUALLY test this site after my observation?
