@UninhP @tescomobile Lmao its your responsibility! What don’t you get?! 2 years or 12 months is around the same time every year.. its YOUR job to change your plan. If you were happy with what you were getting and using why is there a problem?

  • Smiiint Y (@Smiiint) reported

@tescomobile So you'll never say the way @EE do "yes your contract will always stay the same and it won't go up at all...well it will go up due to the RPI and that isn't us putting it up" ???

  • UninhP The Uninhibited Photographer (@UninhP) reported

@SamReesRI @tescomobile No, because when networks cease to operate their customers have to migrate to another network or are moved automatically. I'm aware Ofgem deal with energy; I linked to an article with a photo of a steaming kettle Are you really this thick or is it some kind of internet persona?

  • 1RedRiding 1RedRidingHood (@1RedRiding) reported

@tescomobile I've been with Tesco for years and find your customer service excellent. Any staff I've had to speak to in store & on the phone have been fantastic, one lad sorted all my transfer out to a new device, he didn't have to but I was nervous doing it myself. Credit to Tesco

  • HiddenScars2016 Fake Plastic Trees (@HiddenScars2016) reported

@tescomobile That’s a shame @tescomobile. Unfortunately a 14 day cooling off period wouldn’t help, none of us who live here, have had any mobile reception for many years. I’d heard good things about @tescomobile, such a shame you don’t do #WiFiCalling
