Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.

Two months of trying to resolve a problem; have resorted to lodging a formal complaint online (under the heading ‘please ask your question here’)…it’s not a question Tesco! Automation and bots = very unhappy customers! Unreal!

After 9 phone calls & a surprising twist where I couldn't even call or text yesterday, I now have to wait for SIM no. 3 to be delivered...some time after Wednesday. I've been told several times everything would be reset & it has never happened. Awful.
