@tescomobile How do I make a complaint. My 90yr old dad has received very poor see at one of your stores. He has little understanding of technology & action taken by staff member was absolutely not in his best interest. He is now out of pocket by £200+

@tescomobile That's very disappointing. 10 days is a lot. During that time we continued to pay for a service we couldn't use at all & had zero communication from Tesco to even tell us this was happening. It's a shame the company was happy to take our money, but not return. Food for thought

@tescomobile Yes, good idea! I’ll put in a complaint to @tescomobile stating that they don’t care about their customers and no doubt @clairefweir will be straight on the case. At what point does this little merry go round stop?

  • lizerally lizzie 🌜 (@lizerally) reported

@tescomobile how do I drop my data allowance back down? Online will allow me to add more but not change back to the original data allowance

  • Pandapops76 Ally (@Pandapops76) reported

@tescomobile Is the network down? Can’t make it receive calls or send texts #tescomobile

  • reeved_ Dawn 💙 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@reeved_) reported

@tescomobile my phone showing as no signal, emergency calls only. No issues showing on website. Any advice?

  • Family7700 Family (@Family7700) reported

@tescomobile you may want to have a word with the member of staff working in your Newmarket Tesco Store today. The unhelpful, cocky and patronising approach doesn’t help customers who then spend their money elsewhere.

  • JessPartridge3 Jess Partridge (@JessPartridge3) reported

@tescomobile Please just tell me if I can access it now. The info guide isn’t helpful. Timeframe would be great as I wasn’t told this feature was lacking at purchase or I would never have gone with Tesco

@tescomobile seriously guys I've been with you for many years, every month I use pretty much nothing, no min or txt or data yet l I have been so let down on many occasions over an upgrade from late delivery, no eta info, and lots of opportunities to solve this, hurts a lot like.

  • JessPartridge3 Jess Partridge (@JessPartridge3) reported

@tescomobile any news on wifi calling? Or being able to do anything come to that, without the aid of a router? Can’t do anything at my postcode and the only way to get a signal to send text messages is to turn the phone off and back on again, then I have 4G for a full 2 minutes!!
