@tescomobile Is service out in Newcastle upon Tyne? I've had a terrible connection for the last 2 days - people I call can barely hear me - and just now my call dropped out entirely and was replaced with someone else's line!

@tescomobile Hello, I waited over 2 hours to get through on the online chat, eventually made it but the person I was on to had ‘technical difficulties’ & disappeared. This happened twice! Is there a better/easier/quicker/less infuriating way to speak to customer services?

@tescomobile trying 2 speak 2 your team.After waiting 36 mins finally got 2 a person. Friendly... How can I help you, swiftly followed by cutting me off and dumping me out of your system. With an account frozen, need to speak to someone and NO you cannot do it on line 😡😡😡
