    @marveI__ @tescomobile I’ve been told it means the phone is out of stock I used to work at Tesco mobile and it can mean a variety of this but usually out of stock or system issue could be address issue I’m just going to call the sales team at 10 cause online it’s still showing as available

    @tescomobile terrible customer service they appear to be unable to swop my old mobile number over despite 4 times being given a current PAC no. No doubt Covid is to blame not a good experience.

    @tescomobile I've been with Tesco Mobile since 1954 and such is the high quality of their service, I have paid double what I needed to, minced up my children in deference and my wife underwent a brutal headswap operation with a rabid Alsatian to prove our loyalty to the company. Furthermore..

    @Top_CashBack @tescomobile guys - there is an issue with the tracking. Massive ads saying £210 due for iPhone contracts between £25.01-£35. I signed up - but tracking in TopCashback app as £100. Need to know if it’s a mistake before I cancel and switch to virgin!

    @tescomobile Interesting. When they answered you were they any help? When I ring I get a call centre off option 4 and they say they cannot help cannot put us through to anyone in complaints who can help but will put a note on the system. This is getting a little Kafkaesque.

    @tescomobile I've had no mobile network for 2 weeks & been unable to make or receive calls & texts, although it did come back briefly for a few hours, a few days back. I'm very fed up with this.
