@tescomobile Thanks. Just checked and said OK. Restarted both my wife and my phone and ok now. Odd as no signal here, totnes or Ashburton. Thanks for your help

@tescomobile Unbelievably dreadful service. Wish I never changed to Tesco. My sons and now my wife's mobiles are with you. Just recently changed my wife's sim from ee to tesco. Wish I hadn't. If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My wife's new sim doesn't work!!!

@tescomobile She now cannot use her phone because ee have transferred her number to tesco but it doesn't work so she can't do anything. CANCEL THE CONTRACT I WANT OUT!!!!!

@tescomobile I am absolutely shocked by your service! I took out a contract with you before Christmas but cancelled it within the 14 days and was told that someone would be in touch to arrange collection of the phone.I heard nothing! You have now taken £441 out of my bank account
