@tescomobile rubbish service, can't get call waiting working and now I'm having to leave, less than a week after joining, as I require this bog standard feature to be working. It worked fine on another provider in same phone. "Customer Care", more like "Customer Can't" team...

@juliemac1000 Ask for you pac code when you register with a new contract give them that pac number & they’ll notify you when your phone will go off & your number will be ported over to your new network @tescomobile make it so simple wish every company did

the year is 2021 and companies are still using indian call centres with staff that cant complete even the most basic of tasks. 5 minutes of blood-boiling poor service from @O2 and im literally shaking with anger. Remind me again why i'm not w/ tesco mobile already? @tescomobile
