@tescomobile I haven’t. I *think* it is related to a child’s phone that was set up in my name. I’m sending what details I have in the hope of resolution but feel free to suggest other options. The debt was a whopping £10 🙄

@tescomobile Can get busy in our area according to your coverage check, which probably means not enough band width. At a event in a big town recently it was impossible to use data. It really is a second rate service.

@tescomobile No I know you can’t, but I think it’s a bit ridiculous that we’re still getting charged when we haven’t got any signal?? It’s not going to be fixed until next week 😳😳 That’s a whole week without signal, so it would be nice to be compensated.

@e_kehoe @tescomobile Thanks Emma. Still not sorted. If not sorted today I will go back into store and discuss cancelling the contract. 5 days and not able to make or receive calls, all whilst paying for the service! Hope you are sorted now?
