@tescomobile It’s nothing to do with signal. I’ve been having this problem since switching to Tesco mobile! Our WiFi and broadband are perfect!

@tescomobile I am near a mini tesco store aswell so maybe a mast or booster could be put on there roof? It would close the lack of signal strength gap in the area

@tescomobile Yes, I will be. Also the ICO and dependant on the findings, I will be taking this to court. Absolute terrible customer service, training issues, bad practice, unethical business practices and using the pandemic when it suits you.

@tescomobile Nothing but problems with your site and app. Registered card twice, still can't use it in the app to top up and can't log in to my account because it's saying not registered (despite emailing me after sending the reset password button).

just spent an hour trying to get a new phone before the next day delivery deadline from @tescomobile but their website is entirely broken :D Doesn't list products on the product page, won't let me add anything to the basket. This is a website from a huge company lol.

@tescomobile I’m having serious issues with my Tesco mobile. I have no mobile data. Have been in your chat support several times and still not resolved. I cannot even makes calls now!
