    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile Don't now of anyone else having issues. Tired the sim in my pixel 6 but it didn't work at all. Putting it back in the iphone it says no service before I turn mobile data off.

    @tescomobile Another company that doesn't listen to customers, but fobs them of with patronising, standard lines, "I'm sorry you feel that way" - which means, "we don't really care". - how about, "I'll pass on your complaint to someone with the responsibility to do something about it" ?!

    @tescomobile Coverage checker says no network issues. Wiped over SIM. Restarted phone but have to turn mobile data off and on to get it to connect

    @tescomobile Tried Sim in 6s. That only gets 3g from you. Three sim in SE gets 4g. Number associated to sim however was previously on a phone that never used data. Another android phone (haven't swapped sim) with you has 4g
