    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile Hi there, tried to get through to customer services but quite busy. I’m an existing customer wanting to change to a 5G SIM cards/price plan (not 5G ready). Can’t find 5G SIM card on the website - do you do these? Thanks!

    @tescomobile I used the PAC to move the number from Tesco to O2 and payments up to date but you've emailed to say I have a bill which needs paying but I don't think I do. Given nolonger with Tesco unable to log in to check and don't have a Tesco number to call from. Call centre service poor.

    @tescomobile I already contacted them and they can't help because I bought it from @Tesco and they should be refunding my money. Thank you for proving my point, again sending me somewhere where they can't help wasting more time.

    @tescomobile I was informed it's an ongoing issue that is being 'looked into' already. How long has this been looked at? It's not hard to be inclusive.

    @tescomobile He is now being threatened with the baliffs despite this being recorded on his account and it was supposed to be sorted. I would like to request management details so that he can speak to someone other than fraud and customer services as that hasn’t got him anywhere

    @tescomobile & @Tesco the worse customer care service I have ever used. Total waste of time. 1.5 hours of my life that I will never gat back. So glad I am not a regular customer!!!!
