@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

@tescomobile Hello, the mast near me at work is showing as not working on the O2 website and has been like this since last week. Can you look into this as it’s not ideal and the service alert service from O2 isn’t working.

@tescomobile I've DMd you the details. The latest is your customer service team rang my mum, cut her off mid call and then left a message telling her to call the generic 4455 number again! Going round in circles. Do your bereavement team receive no training at all?
