@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

@tescomobile @monzo If that’s how they treat customers, I’ll pass thanks. I’ve sorted a new contract with another provider that accepted Monzo with no problem (like everywhere else). I suggest you review your policies because that’s ridiculous. I’ll continue using @monzo for everything as normal. 👍

@tescomobile Gotta admit. I’m due to renew. I won’t bother to leave Tesco. I’m staying. Not even upgrading as the options cost more for less data. Love the service and the price.

@AliBi40 @tescomobile Wi-Fi calling? What’s this? I’m about to switch to tesco as it’s cheaper than my current provider. What issue do you have with them? Thank you 🙏🏻

@tescomobile And you never ever will? Give me strength! Do you think it is okay to use "shiit" in your adverts? Disgraceful hypocrites.

  • mcgoldrick5583 Susan Mcgoldrick (@mcgoldrick5583) reported

@tescomobile But you are not matching other providers who piggyback off the O2 network.

  • IncognitoWilbur It's a me! Tor (@IncognitoWilbur) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile I joined Tesco mobile after having a nightmare experience with EE back in 2013. Never had anything but fantastic service and coverage from them.

  • Ale_Lover87 Uisce Beatha (@Ale_Lover87) reported

@tescomobile Never mind deflecting from how much the big 4 (tesco included) have increased everyday goods prices since 2013

@tescomobile Get some staff in your supermarket and get rid of self service tills How many of your staff are on tax credits etc due to the fact you pay lousy wages
