  @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

  @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

  @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please don’t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!

  @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this
