    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile got a 5g iPhone 12 in 5g areas im not getting a signal. I was told I didn’t need to change plan or sim. Is that correct?

    @tescomobile The technician was from we fix as part of Samsung as my phone was not bought from tesco and I have been having a hardware issue. However he said 4g calling is not registered. My husband also has issues with 4g signal but the tech said it should be strong

    @O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?

    @tescomobile trying to verify an online order over the phone as requested by you and the line cut out before the order was complete and the office is closed when I call straight back to continue!! Now what?! It won’t let me complete it online!
