  I still can't understand why @o2 have customer service non existent in the UK,it seems to be south Africa,you can tell reading from script (except retentions,sales,complaints UK based) yet @tescomobile @SkyUK (mobile) have 100% UK call centres no price rise and cheaper yet are 02

  @tescomobile I can't add contacts to my to my Alcatel 1,it keeps coming up grant access,I did phone support but the guy was not able to help,all permissions seem to be on

  @tescomobile @WhichUK I bought a Nokia 10 from Tesco Clearwater finglas Dublin Ireland 3months ago,I have been told by the store that the phone is corrupted and I will need to bring it to a repair store at my cost,it has a two year guarantee, customer care is non existent.
