Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile your customer support is atrocious. simple upgrade fails to provision for 2 months now. In frustration I got a PAC code yesterday but even that did not work. Tescomobile you can check out but you can never leave.

@tescomobile absolutely appalled at the customer service of tesco mobile! My mum is a new customer and has got out 2 contacts. Dpd have lost a phone but will not replace it they are not helping at all. Its been 3 weeks now! I will be going to head office! Happy to the her money !

@tescomobile That's a pretty poor response overall. Disappointingly so. To be a matter of weeks away from 2023 and to get a "don't know" response on what your charging approach will be - seriously? I'll start checking out the alternatives then.

@tescomobile Appalling service.More than two weeks after ordering a new sim card for my sons lost phone and all I get are lies and excuses. The can't access the system they can't order a replacement, the sim was ordered, the sim wasn't ordered, new sim lost in transit...

@tescomobile I decided to cancel. But don't worry I still have other rolling contracts with you, I might just upgrade the one I have to have unlimited mobile data usage rather than just 2gb.
