Chloe Willis (@cwillis19821) reported from Cirencester, England@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

Stephen (@SteveButchr) reported from Swindon, EnglandWord of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

Sandra Phinbow (@SPhinbow) reported from Bampton, England@tescomobile I’m going to cancel, the other deal is far better- twice the capacity & £5 cheaper. Thanks tho Sean

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is… bad
-
Seamás 🇨🇰🇮🇱 (@ExegeekPrime) reported@tescomobile why is there no signal at bt7?
-
Ucheykingz (@Ucheykingz) reported@tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer
-
yꙮ (@CompleteSham) reported@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained
-
Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reportedAny chance that you could get some to staff for your help lines or chat? @tescomobile
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth This is becoming a pattern of being ignored, despite my repeated attempts to resolve both my complaint and my Subject Access Request. Customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing for responses. Could someone please take ownership of this and provide the response I was promised?
-
L (@_upsides) reportedThere’s never been a worse network than @tescomobile, why can I never get a signal in my hometown but other people can?
-
Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@_EnglishMon_ @RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border glitches happen even on Anglesey, Ireland's 50 miles away. A local eSIM would've kept you on the right network.
-
Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile Hi Harry. I was hoping that the service I’m paying for would provide a reliable service That’s not the case
-
Tim (@t1m670) reported@tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.
