@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

  • SPhinbow Sandra Phinbow (@SPhinbow) reported from Bampton, England

@tescomobile I’m going to cancel, the other deal is far better- twice the capacity & £5 cheaper. Thanks tho Sean

  • SteveButchr Stephen (@SteveButchr) reported from Swindon, England

Word of advice. Never transfer your phone contract over to @tescomobile Now wonder it’s a cheap contract. Service is horrendous. What a way to treat new customers.

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow But you don't have a network, you are just piggy backing off Vodafone.

  • JennieM37925513 Jennie Martin (@JennieM37925513) reported

@tescomobile I may have missed something so raising the question, has anyone else not had 4g for a while. I have no network outside the house. Bills paid up to date never paid late?!

  • Abu_Haneefa2 Abu Haneefa (@Abu_Haneefa2) reported

@MrJPC123 @EE Not really, we don't know what or how much the price will increase by, if other providers like @tescomobile can fix their prices then you can too. And your prices have never been fair, your the most expensive network compared to all others. So please stop this stuff.

  • moorey68 simon moore (@moorey68) reported

@Aierwin1 @tescomobile No problem with them making a profit, but they shouldn’t make out other businesses are bad for doing the same.

  • rationalist44 Rationalist44 (@rationalist44) reported

@tescomobile Go #GiffGaff : the network run by you: * no contracts: * parcels of Minutes / texts / GBytes monthly just like a contract (they call them 'goodybags'): * 80G for twenty quid: say it all. I DON'T work for them / they DON't pay me / I DO like their business model.

  • Debbieh25240335 Debbie harrison (@Debbieh25240335) reported

@tescomobile No, and I'm told it will be Saturday 8pm before its resolved. This is really poor, why not text or email your customers to say they may be affected

  • djellicon Djellicon (@djellicon) reported

@tescomobile @feralfox34 A you are just another cog in the big network, B it's irresponsible to use swearing to promote your ****. You see it's about appropriate communication via targeted mediums, children at some ages will copy, with no appreciation for situation, please promote kindness not lazyness.

  • Charcoils ITRL (@Charcoils) reported

@tescomobile How much do you think Tesco made while all independent shops were forcibly shut down for a year?

  • vickyjphillips Vicky Phillips (@vickyjphillips) reported

    @tescomobile Why the stupid puns?

  • Peter14229846 Peter (@Peter14229846) reported

@tescomobile Haha no chance. I moved to EE had no issues since it’s a little more expensive but I am fine with paying extra for a better experience
