    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an awful time with Vodafone. Moved to @tescomobile & never looked back. Any issues, you can always just go into the store to resolve. Sorry to hear your experience, but I am not one bit surprised.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So very to read all this How distressing & unnecessary! No one should be put in this position after a bereavement! When my dear Mum passed away she had a little phone with @tescomobile & I can't praise their customer service enough sorted within 15 mins & a lovely email received.

    @tescomobile Just got off the phone with support. Apparently the first payment must be with a voucher (why?!) — it would have been helpful to know this at point of purchase so I could get one, or at least when payment failed. I've wasted 2 hrs trying to fix an intentional error. Really poor.

    @clairabellejp @tescomobile I had same issue couple of years ago. Had to ring them up and they texted me new settings and that fixed it. Super annoying though, not had same issue with any other network since!

    @tescomobile Not when a phone mast is down for days and you have no backup for your customers. Nor is there an announcement to let customers know of the issue, I had to find out myself. I've not been able to receive or send calls/texts or use my data for 4 days now.
