@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

@tescomobile They don’t really go down, you raise the price then put a selection of products out with a Clubcard reduction. It’s not the same thing if the Clubcard price is what the price should be anyway when compared with other retailers!

Bought an unlocked iPhone, first sim had no service, obtained 2nd sim on Saturday which worked in phone, requested a SIM number swap to her old number and have had no service since Saturday. Nothing we do works and Tesco customer service no help at all.
