    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile My monthly rocket pack payment was unable to go through yesterday, and I can’t top up online, due to an error. Said I’d get an email on what to do next, but no email received. Still no luck today. Can’t get to a store easily atm so phone is useless. Fix it please.

    @tescomobile @giffgaff Didn’t let me know the card expired, wouldn’t let me update payment details. This is for my mum’s emergency phone, so it’s crucial that it works in a pinch.

    I've been in Kefalonia for 3 days and haven't been able to use my data. My @tescomobile sim is only picking up Edge (2G) and my cousin who is with 3 has 4G signal with no issues. Nothing will load so that's just great. 🙄
