    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

    @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile Worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper
