Chloe Willis (@cwillis19821) reported from Cirencester, England@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

Hayley Beth 🌛🌝🌜 (@lovehayleybeth) reported from Churchdown, EnglandCan't wait for my new phone to arrive, although absolutely gutted that I won't be able to use @AirtimeRewards any more as they don't support @tescomobile 😭

username10982 (@username10982) reported@tescomobile Hi, I am receiving emails claiming I owe money for an account I never opened. Suspecting it might be a scam, need help from someone.

DJ (@royaloctopus_) reported@tescomobile Predicted.. you need to revisit that and be truthful about POOR coverage then. You’re selling coverage when you don’t actually have it. Literal scam
-
Maddy🤙 (@22_maddy_08) reported@tescomobile hello, I’ve stuck my new sim in my new phone (sim only colleague super deal) & the sim shows no service. It still shows no service when I put it in my old phone that’s on the same Tesco super colleague deal.

DARREN HOWELL (@TEMPOFUNCTION) reported@tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

Jay Smith (Sonic/Dragonwolf) (@DragonWolf5589) reported@tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

Alison Turner (@charliebarley) reported@tescomobile Ordered new sim as mine was faulty. Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. There’s no post til Monday now. Surely this can’t be right?
-
Katrina (@KatLawrence) reported@tescomobile That doesn't work when I have no service and can't make/receive calls or send/receive sms. Can no-one provide an update with estimated time frame?
-
Seamás 🇨🇰🇮🇱 (@ExegeekPrime) reported@tescomobile why is there no signal at bt7?
-
Amanda Martin (@AmandaKMartin) reported@tescomobile Hello, I am trying to DM you and that doesn't appear to work either. Honestly, I'm getting to the point where Tesco Mobile doesn't deserve my business. Absolute joke. Even your complaints email doesn't work.

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@AbsolutelyVexed @tescomobile Ai gets it wrong. Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
