Chloe Willis (@cwillis19821) reported from Cirencester, England@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. Scott Small (@scottjsmall) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile Worst ever provider to deal with when you leave them. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my sonβs number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.

Les Twigg (@LesTwigg) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I had a similar problem with Three. Sent a message to the text number and replied wanting my date of birth, which I had never given them. After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.
-
Flat Earth (@GloBAAL_Failure) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile Internet service providers go one step further and force you into parting with one final payment as punishment for leaving and god forbid you refuse to pay them
-
Ima Dalek (@iva_hadenuff) reportedI have a Android pay as you go,I have been a customer for many years,no probs, but since you changed from the old top up system my messages are either a day,at least, late,or the system is busy, why is this? @tescomobile

Daisy (@Meerkat8_Jh) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile I've got a solicitor, didn't send any emails for 2yrs - in the end I went to the notary where I had paid money to they got hold of him. But still I'm waiting for stuff. Trying to raise a complaint at Spanish BAR Council

Chris Owen (@cwo1983) reported@tescomobile Upgraded in Feb 2026 with ZERO issues + NatWest Direct Debits paid monthly since July 2023. Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

andrew anthoney β«οΈβͺοΈ (@andytoon30) reported@tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

Craig Bailey (@Craig_Bailey41) reported@tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. π

Barbara (@BarbaraSutton15) reported@tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-Iβm barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company
