    @tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

    @tescomobile is there and issue with your signal. Both me and my husband are ok your network and neither of us have signal. We have turned our phones on and off but it makes no difference.

    @tescomobile perhaps keeping a case email address open until the customer is satisfied would help solve complaints quicker, especially after losing the phone sent for repair and promises to call back just don't happen...

    @virginmedia No its not a new account I just wanted to switch my network on my 2 mobiles from @tescomobile to @virginmedia but you've made a complete mess of it and I have put a complaint on thru your website

    @tescomobile just missed out on next day delivery because your website isnt working properly. Try and create an account and it tells me theres already one in that email. Try and login or password reset it tells me I dont have one under that email
