@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

@tescomobile hi, there’s been a mast down now for ages near where I live - I know it’s out of your hands per say - but when is it going to be repaired I can hardly use my date when out & about without flicking in/out of airplane mode. Cheers.

@henry_tyrrell @tescomobile They give users a runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@tescomobile Hi Sean , we’ve spoken to the sales team in store who logged a call with your support , we were given a number to call and basically were told we shouldn’t have called this number as they don’t deal with that sort of thing.
