    @tescomobile This is a new contract, a new sim card that was supposed to be activated today. I have no phone service, or network coverage. Yesterday on my old network, absolutely no problems. Turning the phone off and on is simply not working, this is ridiculous.

    @tescomobile im not bothering - its been 7 weeks now with back and forth.. your insurance service is a con and i have cancelled your service - you have lost a loyal customer.

    @tescomobile Yep it dose show they is a problem and I have been using my wife’s hot spot to get on to internet when around my home town indoors and out doors . Luckily for me she is with EE and has had no issues. Can’t wait to leave this contract

    @tescomobile why couldn't you deal with my problem regarding your network. Over 24 hours after taking out a Tesco's phone contract, I have absolutely NO network coverage. Missed 2 VERY important phone calls today. Have DM'd you as requested, nothing.
