@tescomobile your customer service person has just put the phone down on me. I have wasted 45 mins trying to get a new phone. 4 people. This last guy was not listening to me so asked to talk to someone else. Cut off. Not the way to go. Poor #customerservice

@tescomobile I have not been able to make calls for 6 days. Multiple contacts with online chat, new sim card sent and now told there is a known issue affecting lots of users? Really frustrating bad service with no date for resolution able to be provided?

@O2 I’m in BT9, Boucher area, Belfast. I’m a @tescomobile customer but I believe they piggy back of @O2 , apparently I have a 5G signal. I shouldn’t need to have Wi-Fi for calls, that’s why they call it a mobile.
