@tescomobile That is the biggest lol of them all as i got two smart phones and having spent over £40 on to tesco . My question was why i could not get the phones to work EVER. Was told by "service rep at Mobile phones i must have been using google ect or internet.

@tescomobile Liz, 3 Tesco Mobile staff chatted and assured me within some months that this job will be done. If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

@tescomobile hi, my elderly family member has a pay monthly contract with you. He's just moved house so no WiFi yet, but his data has run out. What phone number can he call to buy a data bundle? He can't login online.
