    @tescomobile Hi, my husband is on Sky mobile and has same problem, just reported fault on website even thou it says no problem, both networks cannot be wrong even with two entirely different makes of phones!

    @tescomobile after twitter contact yesterday, calling and being told my order was cancelled (without anyone contacting me!) Money has now been taken out of my account! This is not the service I expect from @Tesco and question the GDPR compliance with this situation.
