@tescomobile No. I never stated it was happening in one area to begin with. I’ve tried sending DM’s and can’t. CONSTANT problems with you guys.

Called Customer Service and after more than 40 minutes to hear someone will open an INVESTIGATION and this will take 3-5 days. So no REFUND, NO Phone. I am very frustrated. The feeling is Tesco Mobile scammed me. What I should do? @tescomobile

@tescomobile I'm on pay monthly, and want to change the ring time before voicemail kicks in. According to your help pages I need to get to voice mail alerts menu * 4 1. But this goes to "changing my password" menu. Can you tell me the correct keys to change my ring length please

  • Thumbqueen Mmm (@Thumbqueen) reported

@tescomobile why have you sent my phone back from repair?!?! And not sent the charger back?!?! Does.the phone ACTUALLY charge?!?! If not, I need a replacement phone because 2 months after buying, that is REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!

  • Giuls_84 Giulia (@Giuls_84) reported

@tescomobile Why didn't I think of that?! Have done several times now. Still don't have my phone, a phone which was 31 days old may I add. What is the best way to make a formal complaint against tesco mobile/repair service as this is not acceptable??

  • halesowenman Martin Tromans (@halesowenman) reported

@jean501 @tescomobile Hmmmm, locked down....I’ll have to turn off the Wi-fi in order to benefit. Nice try though.

  • marciovmenezes Marcio Vidal (@marciovmenezes) reported

@tescomobile When I opened the box, wasn't the iPhone 12 and was some "Square Readers" £20-"30 which seems like some payment method device. I raised the question to Chat Online from Tesco mobile website Customer service, so far 45 minutes and no resolution.

  • luppies1 Baba Sutan Ari Pano (@luppies1) reported

@tescomobile Surely Tesco board has the financial abilty and brain power to implement a system where a new sim will deactivate an old sim when activated ensuring the customer has continuation of service for which they have paid for? Or in 2020 is this a ambitious goal in the distant future?

  • dozydora99 janet forbes (@dozydora99) reported

@tescomobile Thanks but thats not good for me. I need it setting up. I definitely need the problems looking into as it is getting worse.
