    @tescomobile your staff are the most unhelpful & obstructive I have come across. Having issues with dead mobile. New mobile received. Can't get through security for some reason. If 10 yr old sim doesn't work in the new mobile, been told the charity I work for can't keep number.

    @tescomobile We'll ring back Monday morning regarding your upgrade and new contract. Didn't ring off to EE. Never trust a company that fails to do what they said they would.

    @tescomobile i texted swap on my old phone with my current number with the new number serial (new sim) for my new phone but i added the new sim in the new phone with a different number before the the old phone and my actual number lost signal, did i mess up?

    @tescomobile Can I please ask you why in your stores you are falsely advertising deals? Why your staff are not trained correctly and feel it is appropriate to lie and why you think it is acceptable to give a customer no choice but to take a deal they don’t want? Thanks!
