Lone Kidar Wolf (@KidarWolf) reported@tescomobile It doesn't say you have engineers working on a problem, only that this area is very busy. Knowing a little about how cell networks function, my best conclusion is that you don't have sufficient bandwidth in this area for the number of users.

Tara (@tarahanmer) reportedI have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.

Currently sick and was unable to call the doctor. Will I be compensated for being unable to use my phone? I’m getting no service at all
