I am due a refund of just over £400 for a final bill even tho I have not left Tescomobile,I was told the refund would be 3-5 days and still waiting!! Called again got no help.

But the answer to a reasonable enquiry made me want to leave tesco mobile for good and never set foot in a Tesco again. Amazed at the lack of flexibility. 14 years of paying u. No loyalty.

No flexibility comment relevant - absolutely no way they're going to allocate someone to sort the probem, no way to talk to technical people about problem. Inflexible (and incompetent!)

JNAM (@Jo_am72) reported@tescomobile this is a really poor service from you. I took out a new sim only contract for my child to replace his previous contract. I subsequently cancelled the contract entirely. You charged me a early termination fee plus fees for 2 additional contracts that I’d cancelled.

maggie (@maggie200911) reported@tescomobile can you explain common sense behind your process for sim replacement? Why do you cancel current sim before new sim has physically in user hands? Leaving all without services sometimes for days? Your technical support is poor to all what they advising is to wait!
