  @tescomobile It doesn't say you have engineers working on a problem, only that this area is very busy. Knowing a little about how cell networks function, my best conclusion is that you don't have sufficient bandwidth in this area for the number of users.

  I have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.

  @tescomobile I've tried that too its just not happening and I've really tried..so looks like it is back to the store(again)..never had this problem with tesco I'm a customer too but this is getting silly now..

  @tescomobile You didn’t answer my question. There’s fault free and totally unable to send a text or make a call. I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Currently sick and was unable to call the doctor. Will I be compensated for being unable to use my phone? I’m getting no service at all

  @DPDgroup_news @tescomobile Expected delivery today, but DPD tried to deliver to the wrong address. I've been home all day. Their live message service said they'd get driver to come back to correct address today ... still waiting! Terrible service.

  @tescomobile waiting in Beckton Gallions reach store to be served. Current waiting time 40 minutes. Please get some other staff. Wasting my lunch break and just about to take my service elsewhere

  @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews I need to call a relative to inform them of a bereavement. Can’t make any calls. Haven’t been able to since Thursday. Your customer services are refusing to do anything immediately. Horrified. Fix it.
