@sirtonybond @tescomobile I worked for EE when they were Orange. We wouldn’t do anything until everything had been turned off and on again. Had new sims and phones TNA unfortunately. This problem is related to the Caller Line Identification Presentation, it’s a network problem.

@tescomobile Ordered my 3rd phone with you on my account for my father, tried tranfering his old number (which was pay monthly on my sisters account). Tried PORT and SWAP, nothing. Customer service on the app is a joke, said they fixed it and haven't. SIM is now Emergency only!

@MrGouldthorpe @tescomobile Omg you too. New Samsung phone. SIM not working in it. 3 chats, 2 phone calls to "care" team. 2nd of which was rude and unhelpful. Finally "we'll send out a new SIM". 🤯 Better work this time.
