@tescomobile Ok Chris I asked because when I called customer service I was told I would not continue to have home from home if I remain in contract?

  • A1ex11oyd Alex Lloyd (@A1ex11oyd) reported

@tescomobile So the outcome is that @tescomobile can't do anything to help other than try to post another new SIM card via Royal Mail.Even though the previous 2 haven't arrived. @tescomobile store say they can't help. And it's left to me to phone back again.Rubbish service. No solution offered

  • kayleigh8900 Kayleigh (@kayleigh8900) reported

@tescomobile will you support Apple Watch in the future?

  • AllanMcLaughlin Allan McLaughlin (@AllanMcLaughlin) reported

@tescomobile My phone isn't working again? One month on, and we're also still waiting on a number being ported over. Appalling service.

  • GCsurv GC (@GCsurv) reported

@tescomobile Been like this for months. You postcode checker is pointless. Minimal signal in the town centre. Patchy elsewhere. It’s got worse through east Lancashire in general. It didn’t used to be as bad.

  • AndyHiggs1 Porrohman (@AndyHiggs1) reported

@tescomobile any idea why my A53 5g, I got off you in Sept/Oct has to be restarted before I can get any signal, nearly everytime I come off wi-fi ?

  • OriginalJoycey Paul Joyce (@OriginalJoycey) reported

@GCsurv @O2 @tescomobile It’s worst if you have an iPhone too! Areas in town where you sound like a robot or under water…never experienced it with my Galaxy. Apparently too much data traffic…more users on network, no additional masts, no investment.

  • Dadgad0 Gary Crisp (@Dadgad0) reported

@tescomobile The 4G service on my phone is all but useless. This isn’t especially location dependent. Can you help please?

  • GE_sportsnews Gary Ellis (@GE_sportsnews) reported

@tescomobile That is not what I was told yesterday when I called customer service. I was told that my home from home would end in April and in my email from you there is no mention of home from home in my contract if I leave it as it is ???

  • Adywebb Adrian Webb (@Adywebb) reported

@nickjenner101 @tescomobile The other networks have always increased prices mid-contract whereas Tesco Mobile have never done that. Most of their customers can still avoid price increases if they want, but I doubt you’ll ever see a £4.50 sim deal now tbh - hard to make any money out of it at that price
