@tescomobile I just have one bit of advice; use the same network in mainland UK as you do in N.Ireland. O2 suck hard and will only get worse in 5 years time.

.@tescomobile absolutely awful customer service this morning, trying to sort out my mothers new phone as she’s just joined your company and 3 times been cut off by agents, waited a total of 97 mins on your CS line, not very impressed!!

@tescomobile is it common practice to cancel a sim card prior to receiving the new one? If it helps, it's for my 77 year old mum who lives alone. Well done for zero care and making us feel like just a number. No wonder people have no faith in large companies. 👎

@tescomobile Two weeks ago I inputted two ten pound vouchers. Into, 'Tesco' network. On checking, i find that that I don't have any credit left. I've only used 'Tesco' Internet for 'Twitter' & 'Facebook'. Hardly over usage of data.

@tescomobile Already sorted, we made the trek to my local store to get this resolved. It appears your phone advisor on Friday didn’t process the PAC code properly so please ensure your poor service is fedback to relevant departments. Not a good first impression, thanks.

@tescomobile probably the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced, cant get through on phone waited 26 mins today then they hung up on me, was on phone for 2hrs 16mins on monday, trying to resolve an issue, still not sorted today. Requested a call back from a manager
