@tescomobile I'm a @giffgaff customer. My Mum is, my ex and our daughter. We get free calls to each other, unlimited text and every time we refer someone, we get a fiver. All for £6 each. Stuff Tesco.

@Tesco @tescomobile 6 phone calls to sort out your mistake…at our cost. 6 promises to put me through to a manager. 6 times cut off. A ‘sincere’ promise for them to call me back as soon as possible…7 hours ago…Still waiting. Great customer service…NOT!

@tescomobile How much do you think Tesco has made from charging higher than RRP for items when a customer doesn’t have their clubcard?

  • mackin26 Mr Mack 🍀🇬🇧🇪🇺🎸🎼🎶💥💪🏻☠️ (@mackin26) reported

@AliBi40 @tescomobile Wi-Fi calling? What’s this? I’m about to switch to tesco as it’s cheaper than my current provider. What issue do you have with them? Thank you 🙏🏻

  • RektWolfos rekt (@RektWolfos) reported

@tescomobile You also have poor coverage

  • jambon2021 jambon2021 (@jambon2021) reported

@I_Returneth @tescomobile The current deal they are offering for £13 (with clubcard) for 60gb is based on a 24 month contract, for no contract you only get 10gb for £10. Whether a network is bad or not depends on where you live. I have no issues with Three in my part of the country.

  • Andy22edwards Andy edwards (@Andy22edwards) reported

@M1amii @tescomobile @Frankieboy1926 Are you directing that at me? If so I am fully aware if that clause. However I am not the one proclaiming a service that doesn’t profit from increasing prices.

  • MrsBucket24 MrsBucket (@MrsBucket24) reported

@tescomobile having a lot of trouble with your webpage. Am trying to upgrade my sim contract. Are there problems? Experienced this for past couple of days

  • Andy22edwards Andy edwards (@Andy22edwards) reported

@tescomobile @Frankieboy1926 No plans is not a guarantee, if you at looking to you would spread your service over two or more network providers.
