@tescomobile ...... I'm not giving up on this. I've just spoken to a 'real' customer help agent who again assures me that what I ordered is in in stock. Is it just because you got the price wrong that you won't fulfil my order ? Go on admit it "Mea Culpa"

@tescomobile Liz, I deleted original tweet as I was able to get through to a customer service agent who identified the issue as a technical glitch on Tesco's side as my daughter had not used up her allowance.

@tescomobile I'll be struggling to put dinner on the table after you thieves have tried to charge me £250 for a replacement screen! You aren't getting anything for it, and I'm also gonna stop doing food shopping at Tesco as well. Congrats on losing a customer!
