@nonee3 @tescomobile Yes I am having the same problem, 5 days and no sign of a resolution. I have just taken out a new contract and really regretting that now. Really bad service and online chat no help at all.

I’m finished with Tesco. Ridiculous insistence on a Clubcard for reduced prices. The signs in the shop are misleading, they quote a price in big letters, then ‘with a Clubcard’ is in minute lettering. I’ll never shop there again @Tesco @tesconews @tescomobile

@tescomobile Look into it by all means you will see the nightmare, should have bought a second gand phone from ebay, least then I would have some guarantees, 500 clubland points does not make up for this level of service 👎

@tescomobile Well it's gone 6pm now, I guess no new mobile phone for me today. Makes me wonder why I bothered going with @Tesco in the first place. If this is the level of service to expect, then god help me. /2

@toastytoastbuns @tescomobile You aren't the only one feeling this way I'm severely disgruntled, looking at changing all my phone contracts, I think my 3 faulty phones is bad, but looks like many loyal customers are also feeling let down

@tescomobile I really wanted to like your service as came back to you from 5 yrs with Vodafone. but with most days only getting 3G and no sign of getting 5G any time soon on the network and your network not supporting WiFi calling I feel like I got value dressed up as Finest.

@EilidhCreates @tescomobile I've had no TM service for 10 days (everywhere). Tried different phones etc. I've bought a SIM (which works fine on another network). Have taken a new contract with another provider. TM have offered 'good will' refunds but these don't match amount they're charging for 'service'.

@Lll63629830 @tescomobile Hi. That's interesting. When I went in-store the TM staff member said they'd seen a few people with the issue. I've spent ages trying to sort too. I've now taken a new contract with another provider and will press to recover amounts charged by TM while I've had no service.
