And a second chat with @tescomobile customer service and he was unable to fix this too. So I guess I'm literally unable to upgrade my phone with you now. Nevermind, @virginmedia has a great deal on the phone in looking for.

@tescomobile Whatever you do AVOID TESCO mobile! Terrible customers service and they will sell you a faulty phone in December but do nothing about it not working within a month. They think it’s okay to leave me without a mobile or anyway of contacting my family in a pandemic! @Apple @tesco

@tescomobile Not good enough. Checker says good. Others having the same problem. This should be a priority for O2 and you should be all over them to fix the service. Not take 5 days which is impacting multiple customers.

@tescomobile absolutely disgusting bought a new phone on the 6th DECEMBER that is not working! iphone11 contacted them and they offered a repair leaving a single mum in the middle of a pandemic with no way to contact anyone as I have no landline! Same on you

@tescomobile have refused me data bundle as I've had 5 this month and thats a max. Tried changing tariff but thats days away. No WiFi at home or work so I've used bundles to get by. Never missed a payment in 5yrs. Goodbye Tesco. #poorservice #mobile #mobiledata
