Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@Alan_E_Hewlett @tescomobile Go with Three. £35 a month PAYG (or £90 for 90 days) with absolutely Unlimited texts, minutes and data and I do mean Unlimited. They also have no issue with tethering. I average about 500gb+ a month especially on torrents. Three don't bat an eyelid.

@tescomobile really dissatisfied with the customer care team who should have given me a refund on 8-3-22, when phoned on 10-3-22 had no recognition of it so got told would get it in 3-5 days.. phoned today to be told they have no notes of a refund.. still waiting and poor service

@tescomobile I don't care what other Networks have spent..Just put more masts up so we can actually have the 99% coverage you keep promising! Usually signal is rubbish and every time you say there's an issue locally which the Engineers are sorting out! Every time?

@tescomobile Tesco are taking the pistachio themselves offering PAYG credit that expires after 30 days. Three, on the other hand, offer PAYG credit that doesn't expire. Much better for the customer. MUCH better.
