Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Thatโs 4 phones we have had to carry this whole holiday weekend. If not sorted we will be using our 14 day period to cancel 3 contracts!
