Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Supposed to be delivered today (by a non-guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service) It hasn’t turned up but you have deactivated my old sim so I can’t use my phone at all. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data
